[Resolved]  7210c Nokia Mobile Stolen — regarding FIR copy

Respected sir ,
This is b.veerraju doing Ph.d in hyderabad central university, some body has stolen my 7210 nokia mobile in samalkot railway station on[protected] at 9pm. I gave complaint to samalkot railway police on[protected] at 9.30pm. I have oriental insurance to my mobile, i informed to insurance people company about my stolen mobile,the insurance people asking FIR COPY ,but the railway police gave me only police certificate regarding my stolen mobile but insurance company not accepting the police certificate,again i approached samalkot railway polce but they did not give me FIR COPY, so please help me regarding this ,my mobile is very costly,my mobile IMEI NUMBER IS [protected] , PLEASE HELP ME REGARDING THIS
