[Resolved]  Employee Provident Fund Charkop, Kandivali, Mumbai — EPF SETELMENT HAS NOT DONE AFTER SUBMITING FROM FROM LAST SIX MONTH

I am Kejal kishore pabari, i was working under i solution provider india pvt ltd for ICICI Bank i have been told that your PF will be Cridited befor end of aug/2008 but still not recived & conpany is close (pepol says). my P F NO IS MH/94095/345 EMP Code 10583, PAN NO APKPP8984M

They never answer the phone. That is very disgusting. Why do you have a number and not answer it. Its very furstrating. For a person working 9-5 cannot go to the office and keep checking. All other offices answer the phone promtply but the Charkop office. Is someone listening

I got a check from PF., but I was not India but when I return back. 3 months over from the date mentioned in the check leaf.
Please help me what I need to do further.

My PF No. is MH/22551/F/412 and it is submitted in PF office on 03.06.2008 but till date (18.11.2008)I have not received my PF amount.
This is my money and I need this money very badly.
In your office nobody picking up land line.

This form submmited in October 2007. but we received back due to some document require PF office (Pan Card, Pass book copy & ration card copy). This all document we submitted in the month of 3.06.2008. I have acknowledge copy also. But till date I have not received my PF Money.

In your PF Office, They never answer the phone. That is very disgusting & furstrating. For a person working 9-5 cannot go to the PF office and keep checking.

Is it mandatory that we need to deduct PF from salary paid to foriegn national?

Hi,

I have resigned from Intercontinental The Grand Mumbai ( Presently its know as Intercontinental The Lalit, Mumbai ) in March 2008. Company have submitted my PF Form to Kandivali Office on 06 August, 2008 to refund my PF Money.
On enquiry at Kandivali Office, I have come to know that PF Office need few more documents which are not sent by the company. On re-checking with my previous company, they have not received any letter from PF Office. It is more than 9 months, no one is ready to update me on the same.
PF Office is not ready to provide me the list of documents they require from the company.

Please do update me on my PF account and do the needfull at the earliest.
