While my account got debited of Rs 225/- but in the mean time the session got

I had paid my Landline telephone Bill on line on 27th Feb. 2009. Due to some technical problems
I could not get the reciept for the payment, printed. Please arrange to make the reciept available to me.

THIRDLY YOU HAVE ALSO PUT SERVICE TAX CHARGES OF RS. 92.85. ACCORDING TO ME THIS CALCULATION IS WRONG. THIS AMOUNT SHOULD BE RS. 79/- PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND CORRECT MY BILL.

Dear sir
i am having an ADSL internet modem
but from last two months i m facing severe problems in getting connected to internet
and if the I-net gets connected it is disconnected evrey 2 minutes
i tried to contact the authorities in Ambernath exchange(Ladi naka exchange)but have not got any satisfactory response from them
whenever i contact exchange to lodge a complaint i get few other nos saying you have to call kalyan office and if we contact kalyan office we are again diverted to the same exchange
i am simply jumping from one table to another for getting my problem solved

i kindly request you to solve the problem as soon as possible
