[Resolved]  ABS Motors-Gurgaon — Extremely Poor Service

We had overheating problem in car Fiat Sienna and we sent it to ABS Motors ( Gurgaon ) and they charged Rs 550 for pick up and Rs 400 more. The car was returned in 7 days in July 2010. We were told everything is very nice now ( Attended by Arvind [protected] ). We found NO change in overheating and sent the car again for same and AC Repair. The car was kept in again for 10 days and we were asked for Rs 4663 ( ABSMct- AB[protected]. Attended by same gentleman Arvind. The AC was repaired but NO Change in overheating ( Imagine th number of bottles of Collant wasted as well ). We also found the Gear Leather Cover ( not the knob...we paid for it ) and the black pipe which goes on gear rod is missing. The chap who came to deliver the car said he will have it sent to us in next two days. We called Arvind 3 times and everytime he said he is sending it back. This was on 17th August 2010. Till date NO news and Arvind has just vanished. As the car was getting so much overheated with all this expense, now comes the worst of Service Professional we have ever come across. We sent the car again on 23rd July and one Mr Manish ( [protected] )was now given charge, It has been 22 days we have NOT received a single call from gentleman, he does not take his calls, does not respond to missed calls, we have managed to speak to him 3 times ( that too after dialling Mustakeem on [protected] and requesting him to take his mobile to Manish ) and all 3 times he said next day it will be done and you can imagine our frustation. This person has NOT made a single call to us and informed us of status. The point is not that TATA MOTORS and ABS are looting us of good money as is evident or even the time it may take for any repair but the most unprofessional and highly poor customer response by Manish is extremely difficult to understand. Obviously , our decison to buy 4 TATA Manza for our BPO is now replaced with Hundai Verna due to thsi response by Manish and ABS Motors. We are saving this mail, waiting for a day and then taking the action as it is within our rights as a Consumer as per Act.
