I had submitted my Seagate hard disk for repair/replacement (under warranty) to Accel Frontline kolkata and after a few days they informed me that my hard disk had been repaired. The problem with the HDD was that it was producing a screeching sound after running for a few minutes and my computer would freeze. When I connected my repaired HDD to my computer, to my horror I found that they did not repaired it at all and my problem has been exaggerated. It is causing more trouble now rendering it useless. How can they be so careless about their job and responsibilities?? Was this information helpful? |
