Hi Same problem with me.
No recharge to mobile phone beside successful transaction
Today I recharged my mobile [protected] with Rs 333 +10 (Rs 10 more for delivery of the coupons) through www.freecharge.in. Amount had been deducted from my bank account for the said transaction but my mobile was not recharged for Rs 333 +10 (full talktime).
I recieved the the following message "Transaction Successful Oxi TransID-[protected]
for [protected] but no top up of 444 rs on my number. .
My bank account shows a transaction if Vafour of "Avenues India Ltd"
If there is a technical problem with the website and service provider then the delay is acceptable else I need my money get back asap.
