I have applied for ADANI PNG GAS conncetion on dated 1.3.2010 vide application no 186542 and paid deposit on same date. My residence address is 82 Pankaj Society, Nr Anjali Cross rod, Bhatta paldi road, Ahmedabad-7. SInce last 2 years and 4 months, i have complained on customer care may time they give nos and forget and no any follow up from their. I visit frequently but they not allow to meet proper person and customer care person not take us seriously.

I not understand why they harrass us, as our complete society start connection and start supply of gas regularly. Pipe fitting till kitechen already completed, they only have to join connection. why they avoid us and harrass us? i dont know.

Can any agency in india help us to solve the problem ? Or just i have to wait for more another period ??????
