In this month bill, adani had charged 100 as lat payment, however i had mad complaint on there customer care number regarding non receipt of bill for billing cycle of[protected] to[protected] in reply of complaint they informed me that they will regenrate bill and send me which not received my end till date, now in this month which i come to know from online view of billing that they charged me for late payment for previous billing cycle for which i complainted twice on there customer care number and also note that this month also i m not received bill till date, junerated on[protected].
I also send mail to ther customercare and nodel occicer for same complaint but no revert received till date.

I m using facility of PNG gas at my residence, details are as under.

Now in last bill (billing cycle of[protected] to[protected] was not received at my end, for that I had made complaint at your customer care service and put request of duplicate bill, but same was not received at our end although it was confirm by customer care executive about re dispatch of bill, I paid that bill after confirmation of amount with cust care but in this month bill I was charged 100 Rs as late charges, I request you to please check your customer care data regarding my complain of non receipt of Bill and reversed the same.
Also note that this month bill(billing cycle of[protected] to[protected] also not yet received at my place, however I got detail about bill by register online facility and pay accordingly.
Awaiting your positive reply regarding reversal of charges.
