we resident of ahmedabad gujarat
we had applied for png pipe line last year of 07/01/2011
by paying 1000 in advance as an installation charges
but since this time after a lot of complain our connection is not started yet
and last month your company had diged our whole parking for transmiting
pipe line under the ground but since its a month not yet complieted
and we are not able to do any time of work in parking area nor can park any vehicle in parking area
as ur group manager of our area "ADITYA" told not to do the work until the connect the pipe line to ur main line
but we waited for a month there no such work done in our appartment so now any thinks happens in our parking area
your company will be responsible for this issue as we waited for almost 16months after paying the amount u said to us
and yes i have one of complain number which is not yet solved and the number is "C100143877"

our appartment is situted in vasna
hiren appartment next to madhavan avenue and beside us both the appartment has gas line since year even raghkrupa which is next to our appartment and the middle of the appartment has not the gas line since look so strange

as our apparment authourity is under the procedure of going to file a case against your company for this behaviour
to conusmer court as your company is not even proper answering when question arises for the gas connection
