Hi,

This is Anthony and my employ ID is 19926.

Subject: Highly dissatisfied.

The problem is that I was finding difficult to adjust with the shift timings. To be specific, the shift timing kept on changing sometimes 9:30, sometimes 6:30 or even 7:30 and I have to work for 6 days in a week due to which my other commitments were held or delayed. All I did is that I asked the Ops Manager Joel that if they could something about it. He explained about the strategy of the business as how it works. I enquired if I can move to some other Campaign which can satisfy me. He said that if there is any openings they will let me know. I said fine, then I will continue my job in Travel Insurance till then. He denied saying that I can't do so, I don't know why he said so and he made me meet me with Bippin about this. Bippin said that without checking once performance, they will not be able to do so and even they were no openings. Also he mentioned that I have signed for the shift timings accordingly, when enquired he denied saying they he had kept some where.

I mean everything is blind. FINALLY I WAS SACKED AND WAS FORCED TO WRITE THE RESIGNATION LETTER BY THE TEAM, THAT IS ESPECIALLY JAYASHREE AND JOEL. THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL.

All my intension was to know if they could do something about this or else I am still willing to work.

My questions:

1) Is it wrong to ask such questions when we find difficulty?

2) Does this mean that I need to be executed out of the Company where I am still willing to work?

3) Is this how the management trained to execute employees when they ask for something?

4) What's the genuine reason, what wrong I have done?

5) Tell me in what way this makes sense and reasonable?

6) I want justice.

7) What made him to do so?

8) I need answers and solution for this simple problem

9) I request you to send the email address of General Manager, Vice President, CEO, so that I can forward this issue to them if I can't find the solution for this problem from your end or else you can send on your behalf and notify me.

10) Is interview not enough for other Campaign to join, how you will check once performance when any joins newly.

Only and only Jayashree and Joel is involved in this issue. Not applicable for other team members
