[Resolved]  Adventure Plantation Ltd. — Non payment of assured returns

I had invested Rs.6000/- in this plantation co. and the co. entered into an regd. agreemenr .The co. promised reglar retuns.The co.closed its office. The directors/officers are not contatable on the given no. and the address.The co. is since under liquidation.
As the land prices have gone up substantially (a share of 750sq.ft. of land was alloted at the material time i.e. on 01.10.1995) .Please take up our cause with the apprpriate authority for due justice and redressal..
