Booking ref: Q2WRJO - 25th May 2012
On its mercy the airlines cancelled the flight and a full refund was offered. Being on-line booking; promptly also done on-line cancellation. however did not get full refund. Still Rs.3400.00 is pending to be refunded
Have been chasing through emails; nothing seem to come forward. Neither a response from "[protected]@airindiaexpress.in"
Phone lines always busy - perhaps the traditional "Keeping the receiver off hook" is being applied. i have been given their regional manager - Prahaladan phone:[protected] .. keeps ringing no answer
Appreciate the procedure to chase the guys for balance refund
Should i pursue legal action
