I have booked a ticket from Dubai to Tiruvananthapuram (booking confirmation no.WOVVYW) for self and family (wife & 2 daughters) in April because I was not able to travel, I have cancelled only my ticket on 5-July-2013 from the same booking.
The refund amount AED.1,273.35 is not yet credited in my Credit Card (master card).
I have been sending emails to customer support several times and they reply saying they have forwarded my query to their finance dept. The fact is I yet to get the refunded money.
