[Resolved] Air India Express — Revetment of Money After Failed Transaction | |||
On 21 st october when I was trying to book two to -fro flight tickets(Total 4 tickets) from Mumbai to Trivandrum through Air India site,After the payement was done the the transaction ended with a 401 ERROR!! After Half an hour an amount of 19,636.00 was debited fro my account(XXXXXXXXXX9627) And did not get any tickets either.I spoke with air india express ,and they told the ticket is not booked. Its has been alreday 4 days and didnt get the money back yet. The transaction is done to CCA12JODW152-Avenues India Ltd as per the bank statement. So please refund the amount .
