[Resolved]  Air India Express — Ticket Refund still not received

This is the 3rd reminder mail that I have sent. The first email was sent on 14th August 2013. The second email was sent on 29th August 2013.



Dear Sir/Madam,

It has been over a month since I canceled 2 tickets on the18th July 2013 and my payment has still not been refunded. Now it has been more than 40 days. Can you please look into this? Kindly arrange to return the refunds to my credit card. I have attached the booking with this mail. Booking Reference is
1) 13UGP3 Violet Lobo
2) 7EH1R2 Frank Lobo.
