Terrible Experience with Air India Express Singapore to Calcutta flight
I took IX 933 flight from Singapore to Calcutta on Friday (June 10 2011). My flight experince was ok but when I landed to Calcutta airport with mt friend from Singapore I was surprised to know that check-in baggage of more than 50% passengers didn't arrived Calcutta airport. Lucky my friend from Singapore didn't had any check-in bag. It 2 days now and after calling them several time I am still haven't got the answer when I will get my baggage. It has been a harrasement to me and my friend as first we waited for more than 2 hours at the airport and then I don't have all the important documents that I need for tomorrow's meeting. I am really disappointed with their service. AIr India express should be black listed. They are not able to maintain bare minimum standards. Moreover, thier staff has not apologized yet even after committing such a blunder. They are not at all customer friendly. Sorry to say my I am never gonna fly Air India from now on although it belongs to my country. It's better to fly by Singapore Airways.
I know there were more han 50 passengers that night with me who are faching the same problem.
If I don't get my bag by tomorrow. I will be tking legal action against them.
