[Resolved] Air India & Yatra.com — Air Ticket Refund | |||
This is in reference YT6715621 of my booking I made booking on 5th May 2011 for AbuDhabi Air India through Yatra.com but due to Air India strike problem the flight got automatically canceled. After one month yatra refund amount, but Rs.9055/- actually it should Rs.10855/- because flight got cancel them self not from my side. I wrote so many mails to yatra but no use both are Air India & Yatra blaming each other. I am attaching Ticket document with this complaint. Please do the need full. We apologize for the inconvenience you have faced in this regard. We have processed the refund of INR 1800 on 16th Aug. Since the mode of payment used for booking is Credit Card so the bank will take approx 4-5 working days to reflect the credit amount in your card.
