I travelled/started on 3rd Feruary from Ahmedabad (India) by Air India to Marseille(France) by Ahmedabad- Frankfurt (Air India Flt.AI 191)-Marseille (Lufthansa- Flt. LH 4350) . My checked in Baggage was not handled properly at Frankfurt by AI and hence as on today I have not got my Baggage at Marseille.The tag on the bag is having number tag no. is AI600183.My e-ticket number is ETKT098 [protected], my India pass port number is E8845948. And my address at Marseille is Internat du CHU NORD, Chemin des bourelly, 13915 Marseille, Cedex 20. Will you Pl help me getting my baggage delivered at my Marseille address.
