This is Laxmi Narayana G. I bought Airtel USB modem Micromax 300G in one of the Airtel outlet in Triplicane Chennai.
And my Airtel number is:[protected]. Before purchasing the device I contacted Customer care and they said like
Micromax 300G costs 3499 but the incharge of the outlet said that it costs 3799. So I imediately contacted customer care
and asked the incharge to talk to the customer care, he spoke with the customer care and still argued that it costs 3799.
Also said there are two models one is locked and another is unlocked which I know he was telling some stories but even though
I bought the modem from the same outlet for 3800/- expecting a good service. He said that minimum I would be getting 90kbps and maximum was upto 256 kbps.
They took two days to activate my number that to be after calling customer care for several times. Finally I got the connection but
the speed I am getting is only 1.71KB/sec i.e around 10kbps. Again I contacted customer care and informed that I was getting very
less speed Service Request No.is 31420660 but nobody turned up so far. So I contacted again after a week but no proper response.
I donam sure that there is no problem with my computer because I bought this computer a month ago. My computer configuration is
4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Core 2 duo 2.9 processor, Windows 7 ultimate.. I am really frustrated with the service provided by Airtel
so I want the complete refund for the device. I never used the internet connection at all. I ve been a Airtel customer since 6 years
ever since I bought Airtel USB modem which really made me unhappy. I am planning to get Airtel broband connection. .
I even contacted Nodal officer but my call was disconnected 4 times. This is the worst customer service I ever expirenced.
So Kindly give my money back.
