Airtel — cancellation of tones

there cust care of airtel is not providing any keys related to talking to customer i hv tried lots of times talk to cust care regarding cancelation of my tones but there is no proper chanel ... so pl help me to cancel the tones subcription my cell no ..[protected]

Cancellation of caller tune
I have never asked to activate any caller tune. I suprised to know that the Airtel mobile company activated the helo tune to my mobile[protected] without taken any permission from me and deducted around Rs 10. I have called[protected] and 121666 many times. But they didnt respond properly. The company is cheating the customers indirectly. Please help me out to cancel my caller tune My mobile no is[protected].
