My SMSes being wrongly charged at Rs.1/- instead of subscribing to 10paise per SMS service

I have subcribed to a scheme with airtel prepaid in which per Local SMS is charged at 10 paise. Now, suddenly without informing iv been charged Rs.1/- per SMS. I have called their customer service 5 times in 24hrs & still am unable to activate that scheme and know why was it stopped without informing me. I have being paying 10 times more the actual charges since past 1 week now. Its pathetic that even the guys sitting there to guide you dont have any knowledge.

My Mobile no is 9970291582 and yesterday i received a sms that if u recharge with 42/- then your roaming charges will be less but when i recharged my cell with 42/- then my friends scheme is disabled that is pathetic service provided by airtel without informing how can they deactivate the service... I am using this sim for last 3 yrs just because it is a friends card... I want my friends scheme back...
