Hi I have a mobile number [protected] I am using is only for monthly plan wireless net connection(Mobile Office). 40.46 Rs. balance was in my account but I have received a message "Thanks for downloading JavaGame from Airtel Live WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 40. Enjoy http://gclub.in" from 64611040.

Actually I have not download any type of game through Airtel Live WAP service.
I want the answer ??????? Return my 40 Rs. please please please ...
Also I don't want to buy "Sorry" "Not Possible" etc by my 40 Rs.

I am also a user of airtel postpaid kerala. My number is [protected]. Recently i got the same message 14 times continuously and charged 1406/-. I never downloaded any wallpapers or games. I have complained to the customer care. they are telling me to wait for the next bill to come. This is the problem to many of the airtel mobile internet users. Please do something urgently.

I have Airtel phone connection No. [protected]. On 28.10.2009 I received a messagege from your message service no. 54321 mentioning thanks for downloading Raftar from Airtel and for this I have been charged Rs. 99.00.
I realy do not know what is Raftar and I donot want to use this service. If by mistake any mobile btton is pressed by me for opting this service, I regret for the same. Please get it back, I donot want tis service. I also reqest yor good self to do not charge any amont against this service.

I want to bring this issue in your notice that I am keep getting messages from 64611099.
The msgs say that
"Thanks for downloading Java games from Airtel Live WAP service. You've been charged Rs. 99 Enjoy http://gclub.in."
I have got this msg twice on 18th night and they deducted 198 Rs from my account. This is completely rubbish since I dint download any such game nor visited any such game website, even then I am getting such msgs. I talked to customer service but no satisfactory reply from that side. This is disgusting and irritating that few days back also I received few msgs saying that you have been charged for downloading ring tones, wallpaper etc..
I am surprised Airtel which is supposed to be a well reputed mobile service provider allows such nonsense stuff.

I am sorry to say that Airtel is more interested in publicity and increasing users from a totally commercial angle and sees only its benefit than being genuinely interested in helping its customers. I am deeply frustated that Airtel has unnecessarily intruded my mobile inbox and wasted my time and peace.


I am going to consumer court to settle the things if necessary actions has not been taken soon.

This issue is not isolated to me I found plenty of such complaints on complaints board on the net and for your kind information I am providing you the link.

I have Airtel mobile No. [protected]. On 29.10.2009 My Account Balance was Rs. 51.51 Paise. That Day, I received a messagege from your message service no. 54321 mentioning "Thanks for downloading StarTrek from Airtel, You have been charged Rs. 50. Play Games http://gclub.in". Then My Account Balance was decreased to Rs.1.51 Paise.

I really do not know what is StarTrek and I don't want to use this service. I talked to customer service but no satisfactory reply from that side.

This is the problem to many of the AIRTEL mobile users.

On 30.10.2009 I recharged for Rs.155. After Two Days, I got One Or Two Joke Messages regularly from 54321. On 09.11.2009, I got that type of message from 54321 and my serveice Reply Shows "SMS Cost : Rs 1.00 ". I talked to customer service but no satisfactory reply from that side.

Hello AIRTEL ServiceProviders, If you want money, Directly Contact with me. Otherwise u can beg from others openly. Don't cheat people with these activities.

Dear Sir,

I have Airtel phone connection No. [protected]. On 20.11.2009 I received a message from your message service no. 54321 mentioning thanks for downloading Raftar from Airtel and for this I have been charged Rs. 99.00.

I don't know what is Raftar and I don't want to use this service. I think its solely mistake that i might have pressed some mobile key which resulted as me opting this service.
I've tried hard to reach customer care associates to resolve this issue but could'nt manage to get response.

Please get back to me with a solution to this issue, I don't want to subscribe to this service. Please refund the undue charges, I will appreciate the same.

Looking forward to some response.

Dear friends, I have airtel postpaid connection. On 5th Nov, 2009 from 10:30 Pm onwards i started receiving similar sms saying that you have been charged so much amount for downloading different games, wallpapers etc from http://gclub.in which i never downloaded. Immediately, i lodged a complaint with airtel. but of no use. I have been charged a total of Rs. 1300/- towards such sms. I again lodged complaints as well as set emails asking my money back. but the personnel are so irresponsible, they kept on denying repayment and justified their charges. Except unlimited GPRS weekly pack, i am not availing any other value added services.

Now I have decided to deal with them at Consumer Court, Bangalore Jurisdiction. Kindly join the hands with me so that we can teach them a lesson and get back our money with interest.

    in next two days i get message from 54321 stating you've been renewed for bollywood Fusion subscription service on airtel WAP . you've been charged rs 15. and the money is deducted

    Hi, my self swapnil pawar i have recieved ur sim card 1 month back, but the number was not as per my choice so i requested to ur employees of the following nos.     I am also facing exactly same problems with airtel. I have this number since 5 and half years so cannot change...

    But I think just by complaining on these boards will not help as the airtel people are just calling & saying we will look in to this and then do not respond... Can nobody can make a forum where we can complain and it will be taken to consumer court group by group so that the airtel guys will take our complains seriously..

    Just a thought... Even I am bored of airtels snacks & bits looting of money... They just start a service charge you & when u complain they say that they will refund but we don't receive any refund we just keep waiting and forget thinking that 10 bucks, 50 bucks is small amount lets forget but 10 bucks from 10 million customers give the company profit of 100 million and we get only frustration...

    Just think about it and now lets act...

      I had registerd complaints with airtel for call drops on road near 200ft road thoraipakkam - outside ETL Chennai1 - SEZ in may-jun.

      I am facing similar call drops now even in my house ( located very near to crowded vijayanagar junction), "Emergency calls only" or no signal scenarios exists most of the time. I have even bought a new phone thinking that this might be an instrument problem. and looks like i have wasted my money and the same problem exists with the new phone also. i have registered complaints regarding the same with airtel in end of ju

      I hold a post-paid airtel connection and is active for the past 5 years now.
      Recently I have shifted my house and in that connection wanted to change my mailing address.

      I have been calling up the customer care executives and every time they give a new information.

      I told them that my citibank statement which contains the new mailing address is the proof of submission. And they agreed to it.

      I took my airtel connection from Vijayanagar aritel office, and as I stay quiet close to that area, I decided to get it changed in that outlet. Hence when I went all the way from Marathahalli( where I work) to Vijayanagar that lady told me that the bank statement will not act as a proof. Why are the executives giving misleading information.When contacted again (121) that executive told me that a nationalised statement is accepted. Later another executive told me that the address on the Company letter head ( that I work) is okay to be submitted as a proof.

      I had decided to go today and when i contacted the aritel office rajaijanagar 6th block over the phone, to check if they accept the letter head as the proof, she sang another song... she said this will not suffice.

      The verification for a mobile connection is already done when I got one, now i am asking for change in the mailing address and not a new phone connection. Please understand my point.

        My landline no. in Delhi, recd. an exorbitant bill of Rs. 3000+, while I usually get around Rs.[protected].

        I emailed to Airtel to:
        1. changeover my plan to lower one immediately. I checked the plan options from their website. Later I got a reply that, that specific plan did not exist.
        I then suggested another plan. When I opted for that plan, they dilly-dallied for 7 days, and have now called to say they will change it in another 48 hours. THUS THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY WILLFLEECE ME FOR ADDITIONAL 10 DAYS.

        2. I asked them to looked in to the high bill amount. On this they never reverted; but made sure to call me to remind me to pay the bill.

        they always call up subscribers about upgrades - but never inform about newer/friendlier plans.

          I read all the complaints of yours and came with this solutions..I was also facing the same problem as i daily use to get cricket alert msg from 54321. These subscribtion was automatically enabled by Airtel, I[censored] don't want to lose ur money try the procedure, It's working, i have unsubcribe myself from the service.

          Airtel customers can SMS 'Start' or 'Stop' to 121 (toll free). An SMS is sent acknowledging customer's request & advises them of the next step. As per that proceed further withi 3 SMS you are out from that service. SO TRY IT...

            I have not subscribed for the "Thoughts for the day" & "Love Tip" from 290603. I have started getting daily messages with the topic from the number above said Number. No response from Airtel after lodging Complent on 121. Please block SMS's from number 290603. and arrenge to refund/credit Rs.3/- per SMS's so far received with immediate effect.

            It has happened also to many foreigners none of which have requested these sms messages.It is a form of Pay Spam that Airtel are supporting .They MUST refund the money to the accounts of everyone and stop this malacious practice.
            The foreigners are in revolt and are creating forums on this activity of Airtel which with luck will affect their credibility and teach then a lesson that people power can count

                  i have been using airtel for the last 3 to 4 yrs and always thought airtel to be the best despite their high tariff rates on calls.unfortunately,i am compelled to bring up a serious mismanagement on airtel's side.my airtel no which is [protected] is being constantly diverted to another number.at first i thought there must be something wrong with my phone settings and rechecked it many times.it is extremely frustrating to think my personal calls,smses were being read by another person.this is a gross violation of my fundamental rights.All this was brought to my attention a few months back but i never cared to find out.however out of the blue,my cell phone did not have any network today and i instintively removed my sim card ,dialled my no [protected] from another no and lo,it was answered by a woman whose no is [protected] and she herself told me she has been receiving smses and calls meant for me!!!
                  if this matter is not resolved within the next 24 hours ,i will lodged an FIR as this is a form of gross mental abuse anf infringement of my privacy.

                    Due to scratches, my airtel sim could not be access. As thats my permanent contact number, it becames inconvenient for me to change that.so i went to airtel office at sihgad road,pune on 1st september2009 and told about the problem. they took 75 Rs. from me and give me new airtel sim, they assure that my number will not change and the new sim will be activited on the that day only. But till today(10/09/2009), that sim card is not activated.I visited that office and also called customer care but that doesn't work...due to this i am suffering from lots of losses and airtel can not fulfill my losses...

                      1. I come to know on 2nd july 2009 when they have asked to pay Rs.5728/- for for the uses made between 22.5.2009 to21.06.2009.
                      the history was that I CALLED ON 9.5.2009 TO INQUIRE ABOUT CHANGE OF BILLPLAN IF AVAILABLE from Rs. 350/- per month for 500mb data Transfer to 49/- std plan because earlier whenever inquired they said no such plan is available.
                      2. CONSUMER CARE Executive given me a request number and instructed to visit the nearest airtel centre to process the request.
                      3. In between they changed the billplan.
                      4. I use the data card services during the said period as it was under old plan as we never proceeded to process the request as instructed by the customer care executive.
                      5. Started calling to repay the moneydaily at least 4-6 times a day.
                      6. Approached to its Nodal Officer as well appellate they only said request from your side therefore charges are valid, I Appealled that if I was aware that my plan is changed and each and every KB is Chargeable I did use the card accordingly because i have not visited to Airtel Centre to process the request.
                      ON 22.8.2009 SARIKA FROM AIRTEL NO.[protected], BETWEEN 1.30P.M. TO 4.00 P. M. CALLED ME TO PAY RS. 1,000/-She agreed to take it AS FULL AND FINAL SELLTLMENT AND ISSUE NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE SHE AGREED AND ON THE RECEIPT IT IS WRITTEN AS" NOT FOR FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT" WHEN I INQUIRED FOR SAME SHE SAID WE ISSUE THIS RECEIPT TO EVERY ONE AND YOU WILL GET N.O.C. TILL 29.08.2009 AND GIVEN ME HER COMPANY TELEPHONE NO. TO TAKE MY FAITH AS IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS TO ISSUE SHE ASSURED SHE WILL SEND THE N. O. C.
                      ON 29.08.2009 I RECEIVED A REMINDER TO REPAY BALANCE AMOUNT
                      ON 30.08.2009 RECIEVED A CALL FROM AIRTEL EXECUTIVE FROM[protected] .

                      On 31.08.2009 I MADE A CALL TO COMPANY ON THE NUMBER WHICH WAS GIVEN BY SARIKE THE EXECUTIVE WHO ASSURED ME TO ISSUE NOC SOME OTHER PERSON PICKED THE CALL AND SAID THERE IN NO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE NAMELY SARIKA I FELT CHEATED

                        I am Sarfraj Shigave, customer of Airtel since last 2 years. I have two postpaid mobile connections of Airtel. I am paying the Airtel bill on regulag time. I have paid all the bill before due dates. My mobile no.s are [protected] and [protected]. Since yesterday morning my second no. i.e. [protected] is showing not in use. Means when I am calling that no. its showing that this no. is not in use. I have tried to call customer care. They told me that as Airtel is updating system they cant do anything upto 11th of Sep. 2009. Today morning I went to your Tilak Road’s customer care service center. The office time is 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. The office opens at 9.30. I went there at 9.50. But the sweeper man refused me to seat in the office. He told me to wait outside the office. I asked him that I will wait inside as there are just 10 minutes remain. But he was speaking very rudely with me. Then up to 11.oo am no one Airtel employee was available in the office. At 11 o’clock one lady came. I told her my problem. She told me there are phones. So call on 888. I tried to call on 888, but the call was dropping. I again told her it’s not connecting. She can’t do anything; you have to wait for half an hour as express office employee will came half an hour late. I asked her “But office time is 10.00 to 8.00”. She told me those express officers are used to come late by half an hour daily. So we can’t do anything.”
                        In this way I was there up to 11.10 but no one was there to solve my problem. Then I have asked her where the complaint box is? She replied you can not do anything against us. You may either wait or you may go now.
                        This happens with me second time. Last time also when I had lost my cell I went there and asked the lady to block my card as it is postpaid connection. She replied first put the complaint in police station and come with complaint document; I told her I am going to put the complaint in police station. But first block my card. Even I had shown her my ID proofs as she is saying that how can we believe that this card is on your name?
                        tell me whether it is a customer care office or customer harassment office. Please tell me what to do?

                        Yester evening again I went to the sane office at 7.20 pmas my cell ([protected]) is not yet activated. I had asked lady about it. She replied the systems are shut down now. I am not going to start it now. Come tomorrow. But as the office time is 10.00 am to 8.00 pm why your employees are not providing the service. I had asked her jecu tell me what is the problem with this no. as its my corporate plan no. I had taken two no. at a time and only one no. is not in use. How come? Both the no. I had taken on the same date and both are on my name. Then How only one no. is active and other one is now not in use. I am paying both the bill on time. Then also i am facing the problem and your employees are also not behaving well with us. Just tell me whether they are for the customers or customers are for them.
                        Any offers please my mail or send sms, or jobs, or sms offers call rates any new offer
                        my mobile service has been deactivated for last three days. I have been informed that new set of documents is required. I have contacted [protected] for collection of documents repeatedly in last three days.No body has come to collect the same till now and serices from my mobile remains disconnected.

                        I had a balance of Rs.800/- while I was boarding to France. The mobile was used for couple of minutes of in coming call.

                        There after when I switched it ON today after 3 months, the balance says '0' and I am unable to make or receive calls now.

                          I have recharge on[protected] for 1 year validity period.

                          My Campus Plan is given as follows

                          Airtel M-Campus Member - Calling Charges 10 Paisa per minute for 24 hour 7 days week
                          Airtel to other Mobile (Except Campus) - Calling Charges 1 Rs. Per minute
                          Airtel M-Campus Member – SMS Charges 10 Paisa per SMS for 24 Hour
                          Airtel to other Mobile (Except Campus) - SMS 20 paisa per SMS
                          Airtel to Other (Except Campus) – STD Charges 2 Rs. Per minute
                          Airtel to other mobile (Except Campus) – Calling Charges on Saturday & Sunday 50 paisa
                          per minute for 24 hour
                          Airtel to other mobile (Except Campus) – SMS charges on Saturday & Sunday 10 paisa per
                          SMS for 24 hour

                          But from some days my charges were deducted more than above rate that is calling 25 paisa per minute or 1 Rs. Per minute & 1 Rs. For SMS

                          I have call to your customer care on[protected].25 PM & talk to your two customer care executive about above problem, they told me that on[protected] my plan is changed & it convert to Friends instead of Campus

                          I am very surprised that even if I have not given any information or not recharge any new plan then how it converts automatically at your end.

                          I request you herewith that check at your end how it happen & inform the same. Also convert my plan to campus again & credit my account wrongly excess charges deducted by you from[protected] to till date[protected] app. 20 outgoing calls Rs.40/- to Rs.50/-)

                          Also note that I want to keep this plan for next year also. Inform the recharge value for 1 year validity period. Also inform the above mentioned same plan I required, is it continued as it is or there is any change ?

                            Dear sir,i am having mobile bearing no. [protected] of airtel from jharkhand circle. On 09/09/2009 they had automatically activated few services like Masala pack,Cricket pack, &twin packs & for this they had charged Rs 10 from my account balance without my consent & when i complained this to customer care they assured me that they will return back the amount and deactivate the services , but they failed to keep their words. So sir, please look into the matter &ask them to return the amount which they had illegally charged.

                              I have participated in airtel discover india contest, my brother too. For one of the question he got the reply as the answer is right, but for me i got the reply for the same question as wrong answer. More over first they said only 100 question contest and now they starts from 101.... to ?. They ask to visit a website www.airtel.in/contest but there is no such one, The customer care executives do not respond for the same issue. the officials in the airtel office also do not give any proper response.

                                I had been using airtel prepaid for 4 years.but from the last 1 months i received the message like
                                "Thank you for subscribing to Spicy jokes pack. your have been charged rs 10 for 10 days. To unsubscribe Dial[protected]Toll free)"
                                without my subscription my balance was deducted 10 rs for every 10 days. Even though I unsubscribed by[protected] number, it is giving me the message that " I'm not subscribed for any services".please do the need correction or i will change my service.

                                Same thing is happening with me every 10 days my 10 rs are going deducted. If airtel is not helping what do we do? any advices
                                I am facing the same issue with Airtel.. they have been deducting Rs 10 from my account non-stop for the last 2 months and sending me these highly offensive porn messages. I am one of the oldest users of AIrtel and am being put through this , I am surely not going to hesitate to change operator soon. Infact I am personally going to tell people not to use Airtel also if you do not stop sending me these useless messages and add the balance back into my account.
                                I am also facing the same issue with Airtel several times. My cell no is [protected], they have been deducting Rs 10 from my account for subscribing for "spicy jokes and deducted Rs. 10/- every time" twice I fought with customer care and once they refunded Rs. 10/-, Again last month same thing happened and sending me these highly offensive porn messages.

                                When last time I fought with them I have told about changing operator if such things are happening again. But they are least bothered about it. Today again I got a message about renewing "spicy jokes services".
                                Now I have decided to change my operator. Infact I have personally started telling people not to use Airtel. Let all stop using Airtel.

                                    Worst Experience......When i connect my SIM its saying registration failed...

                                    Hello,

                                    I have facing issue with my number for the past 4 days. My new number i have call forwarded to my airtel landline number when iam out of town, now i connected my SIM to my mobile it is saying registration failed. But call forward is still in active.

                                    I called 121 from my another number and informed them they done all the work they can but still it is not resolved at last they asked me to change the SIM card which might be the problem and i did that too on Saturday Evening 7pm (5th Sep) and informed the new sim number to backend team from Kodambakkam Airtel showroom, they said it will be active in 12 hrs. I called today and checked with Airtel and they said new SIM number is not updated. I dont know whats happening with your updation process. When i ask to connect to escalation officer or higher authority or to give me the complaint number they are not doing it. The number which stated in my email for escaltion [protected]-nodal officer & [protected] appellate authority always in busy.

                                    I need someone to answer what happened to my old sim and what the status of the new sim number i gave to airtel and when this problem can be fixed. Pls treat this as priority and expecting your favourable response. Really worried of choosing airtel, this is my office CUG connection i need to forward your response to my management.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is to inform you that I have a prepaid mobile connection from Airtel No. [protected]. Lately from 26th August 2009 I am having a problem with the balance on my account. My account is debited continuously on account of downloading songs and Subscribing to Hello Tunes without my knowledge or consent. I have never ever subscribed to Hello Tunes or downloaded any song on my number but these are getting activated on my number continuously. The sequence of events is as follows:

                                      1. On 26th August 09 Bal on my mobile was Rs 114.79. At around 09.15 pm I received two sms stating that my acct has been debited Rs 15/- and Rs 30/- on for subscription to Hello Tunes and downloading song which I had never subscribed for. This brought my balance down to Rs 69.79. I spoke to Mr. Rahul at your Customer Service Dept at around 09.30 pm and he informed that this was happening due to technical error at your end; He also agreed to refund the debited amount back. The transaction Id for this was [protected]. He also deactivated the services of hello tunes after I tols him that this was activated without my consent or knowledge and I do not require these services.

                                      2. On 27th August 09 my account was again debited for Rs 62/- for subscription to Hello tunes and downloading songs again without my knowledge and consent. This brought my balance down to Rs 7.79. I spoke to Mr. Ankit at your customer service dept at approx 11.00 am and he refunded back Rs 47/- online. Ref Id for this is [protected]. The balance was 54.79 now. I received a call from your airtel assuring that the balance amount of Rs 60/- will also be refunded approx around 12.35 am. Ankit confirmed he is deactivating the services of hello tunes from his end and I would not face any problems later.

                                      3. Again on 27th August 09 my account got further debited for Rs 25/- at around approx 2.45 pm for subscription to Hello tunes and downloading songs again without my knowledge and consent bringing my balance down to 29.79. I spoke to Ms Bhavna at your customer service dept from your GK II Outlet and she refunded back Rs 30/- approx around 3.45 pm. bringing the balance upto 59.79.

                                      4. Again at around 4.30 pm on 27th August 09 there was a further deduction of Rs 45/- for subscription to Hello tunes and downloading songs again without my knowledge and consent bringing my balance down to 14.79. I spoke to Mr Vinod at Customer Service Dept at around 6.50 pm the ref id for this is[protected].He also promised that he is deactivating the services of hello tunes.

                                      5. In the morning of 28th Aug 09 I spoke to Mr. Akshan at customer service at around 10.15 am regarding deductions due to Hello Tune Preview Manager. He transferred the call to Mr. Tauseef who once again confirmed that Rs 60/- will be refunded on 28th August 09 and ref id for this is [protected]. He also agreed to refund Rs 45/- online. I told him there is no point since it will again get debited within 20 - 30 minutes automatically for this hello tune service and downloading songs again without my knowledge and consent. He assured it would not happen since he is deactivating the services. He also confirmed refunds will be done on 28th August 09 and ref id for this is [protected].

                                      6. On 28th August refund of Rs 60/- was done by Airtel and I received a call at 01.20 pm for the same. I spoke to Mr. Rajesh Chauhan at your Customer Service at around 8.30 pm and got a refund of Rs 40/- . Ref Id for the same is [protected].



                                      7. On 29th August 09 there was deductions once again on my account due to activation of News Pack once again without my knowledge or consent. I spoke to Mr. Mumtaz and Mr. Naren regarding this at around 9.45 am. They registered me once again for DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE although I had previously registered for it. I spoke to Mr. Sameer who is a Floor Incharge at your Customer Service and he refunded back the amount debited. The ref id for this is[protected]. This refunded brought my account balance to the correct amount.

                                      8. But unfortunately again on the morning of 06th Sept 09 I found money deducted from account for subscribing to Pre Listen options once again without my knowledge and consent. I spoke to Mr. Shahbaz regarding this. The complaint id for this is[protected]. Again in the afternoon at around 2.00 pm there were further deductions and that is when I decided to visit your Gurgaon Sahara Mall Customer Service to sort this inspite of being very busy. I visited your Office at Sahara Mall and by then I found out there had been further continuous deductions on my acct when I checked my balance bringing my acct balance to Rs 9.79. In fact my balance got deducted while I was in your office in front of your personnel and I showed it to them. They could not give me any satisfactory solution to why this was happening automatically. I met Mr. Mohnish there and he refunded back Rs 100/- on my account saying that Airtel Live is getting activated in my acct. he also confirmed that he is deactivating the Services which were active and also showed me message regarding
                                      that. There were no further deductions on 06th Aug 09 or 7th August Morning and Afternoon. I MUST POINT OUT HERE THAT THROUGHOUT THIS DURATION THE MOBILE WAS CONSTANTLY WITH ME AND SWITCHED OFF IN THE NIGHT OF 06TH AUG AND 07TH AUG. Again on 08th Aug morning I get a sms saying that Rs 15/- has been further deducted for downloading some song which I am not aware of without my knowledge and consent. I spoke to Mr Mohnish who had given me his mobile number [protected] and works at your Sahara Mall Outlet. He told me to contact Customer Service to speak regarding this. I called Customer Service at 10.10 am on 08th September 09 and spoke to Mr. Abhijit who confirmed that Airtel Live Services were still active on my acct inspite of Mr. Mohnish deactivating them on 06th Sep. And I had not subscribed for any AIRTEL ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND NEITHER DO I WISH TO SUBSCRIBE FOR THESE. Mr. Abhijit confirmed that this is happening due to technical fault at your end and agreed to refund the money that had got debited. The ref id for this is 08119275. I also spoke to Mr. Mohnish once again regarding this who insisted that this was happening due to my fault.

                                      I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter and solve this once and for all because I am sick and tired of calling your Customer Service every second day regarding this and not getting any permanent solution about this. There is no point you refunding me the money and it again getting debited automatically. Hence I request you to kindly investigate my case with your Technical Department and give me a solution to this. I have been unable to contact your Technical Department inspite of trying numerous times. If you are unable to offer me a solution to this then I will be left with no other option but to cancel and discontinue my all other AIRTEL connections eg. Other mobile, landlines and Broadband.

                                      I hope you will look into this matter and offer me a permanent solution for this matter.

                                      using airtel prepaid card from three year …on 4-3-08 @ 10.59 I got a sms from 69699 that airtel online service is activated and a amount of 100 rupee is debited from my account but I had not sent any sms to activated any service and when I had called customer care @ 121 they had no reply to give me . so I do my 100 rupees is gone and even I don’t know how to use this service. The customer care service is Horrible customer care service ever seen so any one help me out what I do ???? please help me out

                                      Then, I contacted customer care of Airtel(No.[protected]) and asked to revert back all the money deducted in this ground so far by describing entire dissatisfaction in this issue.
                                      But, I yet to receive any positive reply or action in favor of me.
                                      Therefore, I would like to request you to please look into this matter on priority basis at the earliest.

IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED IN THE NEXT 24 HRS AND IF A WRITTEN ASSURANCE THAT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN IS NOT GIVEN TO ME THEN I SHALL PROCEED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST AIRTEL.

                                      Airtel prepaid balace debited without my requesting any services. — Request for refund the debited amount.

                                      I have two prepaid airtel connection in my name. One is [protected] and other is [protected] with lifetime validity and 60 paise per minutes call rate for the both numbers.
                                      I exactly not remembered but from the 1st day of December, 2009 to date i.e. 25/02/2010 my available balance was debited by airtel without authorised them or requesting or unising dilling any services by me and redueced to nil in respect of my mobile no. [protected].
                                      In the same way, many times between the period from the month of October, 2009 to date i.e. 25/02/2010 my available balance was debited by airtel without authorised them or requesting or unising dilling any services by me and redueced to nil in respect of my mobile no. [protected] also.
                                      In view of the above, I request to provide the details of charges with services for which the amount has been debited in the account of my both mobiles through my email address i.e. hr.[protected]@nic.in. I further request that the amount debited in my both accounts may please be refunded to me at the earliest to keep me with airtel for ever.
                                      I have airtel prepaid phone, and they debit early more than 100 Rs. by enabling some portal service on my phone. After asking they told you only enable sir and told cannot refund but will disable

                                      I took a new airtel connection phone no. [protected] and in a span of 3 monthss since the connection started , value-added services (VAS) automatically are activated on my phone 6 times, without my knowledge and consent and amounts are debited from my prepaid account.
                                      I have complained to airtel all 6 times, they are so shameless they keep repeating the same fraud again and again.

                                      Please refer to my earlier mail dated 30.5.2011. I am re-submitting the complaint as under.
                                      I am the holder the your Airtel Mobile No.[protected] and to state that I am not satisfied with the services provided by you. Rs.15/- was, some time back, deducted by you unnecessarily and later refunded up my request to the Customer Care. Inter-alia, I requested to activate Do Not Disturb on my number, but again after 2-3 days Rs.30/- was deducted. I complaint to the Customer Care, who later informed that the amount will not be refunded and till date I have not been refunded the same.

                                      A couple of months back also, the amount was deducted and not refunded.

                                      I request you to please look into the matter and instruct the concerned to refund the deducted amount immediately.

                                      I further state that I do not want any promotional call and SMS etc. on my number where any amount is charged for activating the services.

                                      I am using airtel prepaid mobile connection from last 5 years... since last 6 month it has been observert that the airtel live/ airtel blog service active in every month in my connection without my concent & debit the charges... now airtel blog service activet in my connection since feb 2011 & also activate one more service from 27th june which couse to deduct Rs 2 per day... & when i called to customer care no one ready to trasfer call to senior person.... & again activate the hello tune on 30th june without my concent & debit Rs. 45.. I am frustate because of this service now i want my all my money which deducted because of services activated without my concent

                                        I activated DND service on my Mobile No. [protected] in march 2008, Till today that is 07/09/09 am still receiving Aidvertisment SMS on my cell. They are coming daily basis, in a day i receive minimum 3 to 4 SMS. Some times i loose my concentration because sms comes at very stupid tiimings like, 11.00pm or 8.00 am. Called many times to Airtel, they just give me complaint number thats it. Nothing changes after that. Acoording to me , what i think that mobile service providers sells our consumer database at very high price, which is 100% profit for them. Now they have given our database to telemarketers and now they cannot stop it. Please anybody suggest me how to file complaint against Airtel in Police.

                                        Airtel Prepaid — Charging higher price

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I already posted my compalint and not getting any response from Airtel. And also I am unable to contact customer service to discuss the same for past 20 days.

                                        They are not responding my complaints.

                                        They are charging for me 1 reupee instead of 10 paise.

                                        I need a solution to stop this nusence or I need to talk to some higher level officer in Airtel so that they will help something to fix my issue.

                                        Otherwise I need to change my network and I will inform to all our facebook and orkut friend to don't use Airtel in future it is a fraud company and not taking care of customers issue.
                                        I recharged with #200, after browsing, i was left with #171, then i made a call for 02:14 and i was charged #57 instead of about #18:47. Which means I was charged higher than what your marketer told me on the 10 september "that u charge all network #9.00 per min and 3kb daily for browsing". Now, i was charged for browsing and also charged very high for call. If it continues this way i will drop this network and tell people. I just started using this network newly please try n do somthing about it. Thanks.
