[Resolved]  AKSH OPTIFIBRE--IPTV [ iCONTROL] — FAULTY & SECOND HAND SET-TOP BOX PROVIDED

DEAR SIR,
SUBJECT: FALSE PROMISES BEFORE CONNECTION, MAJORITY OF FEATURES OF IPTV DO NOT WORK & "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE".

I HAD TAKEN IPTV CONNECTION FROM MTNL PROVIDED BY AKSH OPTIFIBRE PVT LTD. SINCE CONNECTION I HAVE BEEN HARRASSED. I HAVE FACED THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
BEFORE CONNECTION I WAS GIVEN FALSE PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES BUT MAJORITY OF THE FACILITIES DO NOT WORK COMPLETELY. NOW EVEN THE SET-TOP BOX IS NOT WORKING AND I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED 5 TIMES IN 7 DAYS, BUT NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

NOW EVEN THE AKSH OFFICIALS (Mr. Shreejit, Mr.Ashit, Mr Deepak, Mr Ritesh Garg{customer relationship manager}...TO NAME A FEW) HAVE NOT BEEN RESPONDING TO MY CALLS.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS THE COMPANY (AKSH OPTIFIBRE PVT LTD.) GIVES FALSE PROMISES ABOUT THE FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT(IPTV) BEFORE CONNECTION & THEN THE CUSTOMER IS HARRASSED TILL HE FILES FOR DISSCONNECTION.

IPTV SERVICE BY AKSH IS WORST----PLEASE DO NOT TAKE NEW CONNECTIONS OF THE SAME

even i am using the iptv connection of aksh optifibre ltd. but i am not facing any such problem, infact the officials whose name you have mentioned are very co-operative and friendly. i guess you are over-reacting.
I fully agree with the above observation. The same is happening with me also. I have got IPTV installed on 5th June 2009 but after installation, the signal was not coming properly. For the said problem, I lodged a complaint on 9th June 2009 vide their complaint no. D/090609/04 and since then I spoke to customer care 10-15 times, but as on date the complaint has not been resolved. Even the Supervisor of the Customer Care do not want to talk. Customer Care also refused to tell the name of their company head, etc. so that legal proceedings could be initiated. The company portal is also not having such information on their web-site.
I to am using iptv connention. It is the worst connection ever i have had in, y lifetime. MTNL executives too ask not to subscribe for iptv. they had that recording service when i subscribed but then they discontinued it. Many channels due to which one may subscribe to iptv have been discontinued lately like NEO sports which was once free but now has been discontinued. On the other hand instead of providing good service they are increasing the charges. I normally have a complaint about bad picture or my set top box hangs every week. They do not solve the problem until we call customer care about 5-6 times.

I totally DISAGREE, MTNL's IPTV is wondwerfull facility offered in a very competitive price . I am Totally satisfied by Akshoptifiber . IPTV is a Next Generation TV only thing is MTNL is NOT Marketting and taking full advantage of the technology available . If Properly marketted It can shaken the entire TV market.Tell me How many % of MTNL users are IPTV user? It must be only 5~10 % . Rest 90 % can come and join MTNL if proper MArketting is done . IPTV advertisement can be done on EACH MTNL LAndline bill which is send to all Users.I wish best luck for IPTV
