I have placed an order for my daughter on All India Florist site on[protected] Order Number: CART27024289, which contained one Ferrero Rocher 16 piece box with 6 red roses in SAME basket for delivery on Date: 13th Feb, 2011.to vijayawada. The entire day has passed but the did not deliver the order. I called them and requested by phone to deliver it today itself but all in vain. Besides, my call was not being received, though I tried to contact several times. I am now highly regretting for placing my order with All India Florist. It is claimed by All India Florist website that the do the same day delivery that too is guaranteed 100%. I feel misguided and cheated by All India Florist. something has to be done to see that this lady Sunanda singh stops cheating people.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A BOUQUET OF 6 TEDDY BEARS, WITH ALL INDIA FLORIST ON 27TH AUGUST 2011, THE DELIVERY WAS PRECISELY REQUESTED ON 28TH AUGUST BEFORE 5PM. TILL DATE (28TH AUGUST MIDNIGHT) THE DELIVERY WAS NOT MADE. NOBODY IS ANSWERING OUR CALLS. I NEED MY FULL REFUND OF RS 1175/-
