I have placed an order with All India Florist (http://www.buyflowersgiftsonline.com/dubai-2.htm) for sending a flower vase with 12 red roses to my husband in Dubai. You can check the above link for the Order i have placed.
They have deducted my back account for 55$ - 2500Rs and has send my husband few redroses and some pink roses and lots of leaves arranged in a big drinking glass.
I immediately wrote to the florists saying, they have done a wrong item delivered. From then on, i have been keeping on emailing and making calls to these people for sending a correct one, or getting my money reverted.
Nothing happens even after a week. The florists says they can get me the flowers vase with 6 red roses delivered instead of the full flowers. Out of frustration, i even accepted for the same.
But still now it has also not turned up.
I think, these type of frauds are very common now as these online people think that they can easily get along without issue cheating the customers.
Please do some actions like barring their website as a fraudulent site and charging the owners for this.
Please find below the photo of the flowers delivered and just check how much it is different from the one I have ordered.

All India Florist — Claiming of money without delivery of flowers
I ordered bunch of red roses for one of my friend staying in bangalore on 14/02/2011 with a crt no.CCAvenue Order No. CART27053029.Got a mail from them stating that mite not be possible to deliver it on time but guaranteed to get delivred on the said day i.e 14/02/2011.
But to my surprise after sending them 5-7 mails neither i got a single reply back nor the delivery was done.To my shock was their dishonesty and shameless behavoiur of claiming the money from my credit card despite of not delivering the flower.
this is the most disgusting service i have ever found.I would really like to share this to every one that this is the worst floral site and no one should ever book flower delivery from this site .disgusting site full of cheaters sitting and making committments but not fulfilling them and cheating innocent people and playing with their emotions.FULL OF CHEATERS AND MONEY SUCKERS ...
