They are theives and cheats. There is some girl called Sunanda who never responds to the calls. I had booked an order on Sunday, February 14, 2010 under order number CART23263316 for Rs. 2375 which had to reach Faridabad on Monday, February 15, 2010 in the morning as per their terms and conditions on the website. I must have called that stupid girl called Sunanda on [protected] about 100 times out of which she responded only 3 times and gave me some stupid excuses that it will reach in one hour, it will be delivered in 20 minutes time. I even tried calling them on thier Customer Care number given on their website: [protected] but no one responds to that number.
Now I will have to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum against that online portal.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO BY THEIR TESTIMONIALS ON THE WEBSITE AS THAT IS ALL LIE AND THEY ARE NOT GENUINE.

All India Florist is other wise called as All India Fraudist - I have ordered Teddy 16FereroRocher 12RedRoses all in a basket. But everything was delivered separately and they have not delivered the basket. The delivery is delayed for 3 hours and the customer care support was handled by poor lady who does not know to speak in any language but simply knows to ask for lame excuses. The service is complete . Please do not ever try this All India Florist sorry Fraudist to deliver any gifts to your loved ones
All India Florist — Delay In Dispatch plus no response
I have placed an order (Order No. CART[protected], for 10th Novemebr, 2009. I have mentioned in the order & also over phone that it should be dispatched within 10am on that day. But it has been delivered after 1pm. When I have called All India Florist they said that they will take the details & call me back within 2-3 Mins. But they have not called me back. Only after my repetitive calls they dispatched the flowers after 1pm in the afternoon when the person for whom I have ordered the gift already left.This is pathetic kind of service from All India Florist.
