hi every one. i am using executive pack(384 unlimited) but i am getting 20-35KB/sec not even 43 or 41KB/sec. i have called many time at there so called customer care. but they only check my pc by netmeeting n say we will send u engineer so solve ur problem. but sm of the day times the connection stay in good health but in the evening near about 8pm the problem starts again. from last 11 days im facing this problem but no result for improvement. and another thing when i tell them that im getting 29 or 30kb/sec speed they advise me that i will be getting in 384 pack. please tell me is it justice...for past 5 months i was using this pack in that time i used to get 41-44kb/sec but now max 36kb/sec... me also facing the same problem.me used to get 41-45KB/SEC constant download speed on 384kbps package but now max 35KB/SEC.and service is also not smooth as before.from this month it is happening.customer care only scans your pc and tell you that speed is ok or it will be solved within 24hours.

You are getting the Right Amount of Speed. ISP gives bandwidth in MEGABITS per SEC.. our computer shows us download speeds in KILOBYTES per Sec. Do the math.. You are getting the Right speed. 8 bits = 1 byte. so 384 kilobits = 384 divided by 8 is 48kB/s. You are getting the Promised speed. And just for Info to get a speed of 384 KB/s ur will need a bandwidth of 384 multiplied by 8 = 3.1 mbps (3100kB/s approx.).
