[Resolved] Alliance — Broadband connectivity issue | |||
Respected sir, Internet connectivity issue is bugging me since the day I got Alliance Broadband Services. The moment Electricity is gone at my home, the network connectivity goes out. Earlier I had had a talk with local franchisee and they did not resolve the issue. Now I have been talking with Alliance Kolkata office for past few days. On Sunday I got a call and one of their officials told me that UPS problem has resolved. Well, I really appreciated the initiative from my heart. However, yesterday at evening I found that the issue is still there and has not been resolved at all. Today when I inform them they again assure me to send their own engineer and verify the issue. I have talked with Archita (Technical stuff) Tomosa (Finance executive). They even reluctant to provide their higher official contact details. They do not bother about customer. They just push the ball towards local franchisee. Please join me and raise your voice against deception of Alliance Broadband Services. Be strong and honest Indian to fight against corruption.
