I had purchased two tickets using bookmyshow online facility using CITI bank credit card on 26/09/2009 for the movie "What's Your Rashee" for the location Big Cinema's-Kalyani Nagar Pune. Even though for one of the transaction which got failed and I haven't received any sms alert, but the amount has been deducted twice which should be for only one transaction for which I received sms confirmation with booking ID. I thought the second transaction will be reverted back as it wasn't confirmed by book my show, but the amount got deducted. Amount deducted for two movies from account but not reverted till date.
I had purchased two tickets using bookmyshow online facility using AXIS bank Debit card on[protected]show on[protected] / 4:00 pm) &[protected]show on[protected] / 4.45 pm) for the movie "Bumper Offer" & "E Niranjan" for the location Imax(prasad), hyderabad. which got failed and I haven't received any sms alert (sms received confirming that payment was failed), but the amount has been deducted from my account for two films.
The amount was not reverted back from bookmyshow, authorities & i tried to call for custmor support for nearly 100 times[protected]phone line keep telling line is busy).
