[Resolved]  Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd And Vodafone — PostPaid Conneciton is not activated

on 30-DEC-2009 i applied for a postpaid connection from Vodafone website by filling a online form. one executive called me and then came to my residence to provide sim card for the postpaid connection with number [protected] . same executive given me receipt of 350rs which i have deposited for connection. they said my connection will be activated within 48 hour. but my connection is still not activated even after 5 days. when i inquired about it from bodafone customer care then i came to know that my address verification is negative and they suggest me to go to nearest vodafone store and again provide address proof and ask for re-verification of address. i visited vodafone store located near vashi railway station. executive who attend me told me in plain word not to submit any docs here and suggest me to call andromeda to re-verify address. in between all these process on 31st DEC-09 one person came to my residence to verify my address. i was in office so my watchman told me that mr jitendra is styaing here only but in office now. again i am calling andromed again n again to know the status of my connection activation. only once they picked my called and said they will send someone again to re-verify the address please be at home. i was there at my home whole day on saturday and sunday but no one has came. today again when i inquired about my connection status they simply said it will get activated within 2 hour. but still i am waiting for my connection get activated. can anyone help me in this.? i am really frustrated and dont know how to take back my money ?

I have had the same problem with Andromedia. I applied to convert my and my wife's prepaid connections to post paid connections. Was promised it would be done in 48 hours. It has been a week now and I have made innumerable calls to vodafone and even visited their churchgate store - all in no vain. Andromedia never answers phone calls either. VODAFONE AND ANDROMEDIA ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!
