[Resolved]  Apsrtc — Refundable money of canceled service

Sir I booked the ticket from apsrtc online on 14/05/2013 from ALLAGADDA to Hyderabad KPHB. The amount of ticket is deducted from my acc. but i didn't get the ticket. I cross checked the booking service it is showing that there is no reservation. So please verify it and refund the amount as soon as possible.

i have booked 3 tickets from mysore to JBS. Ticket No.23576528 service no.1083 - mysore-jbs journey dated[protected], seat nos. 17 18 and 20
The said service was cancelled from Mysore and it started from Bangalore. I have travelled on my own from Mysore to Bangalore to board this bus at Bangalore.

Therefore, I request you to refund the fare from Mysore to Bangalore for 3 tickets to the credit of my account.
