[Resolved]  Aquaguard — Doubtful Customer Service!

I have Aquaguard Nova water purifier at home. ( Registered Cell No [protected]...in case Aquaguard is reading!) After eight days of waiting period and numerous calls to customer care Aquaguard Technician turned up but needless to say not at the scheduled time! He diagnosed the fault in Transformer ( Rs 400/-)and PCB ( Rs. 1200/-)which need to be to replaced! ( Just like you change any PC card!) Following things raise doubt about his diagnosis ---
1.Technician refused to give his diagnosis in writing.
2. Technician was not ready to leave faulty parts with the customer.

Customer Care also was unable to provide Service Centre details. Customer should be free to go to any service centre in case he is not satisfied with the service or diagnosis of the perticular service centre.

I have launched my complain and evey now an then when ever i put the complain they come up saying one thing it take 2 working days i guess from 25th Feb till date its become 1 week and havent got any service for the same.And from your customer care people call up saying that take contract for 3 month...we did take that and this is the kind of service what you guys provide us...My complain no:82541273...
Its pethatic service what you have provided us till now...
there have not been even a single month where i have not filed a complaint. this has been from the day i have purchased this stupid product of yours. I have made 5 calls for customer service in this month and i am annoyed by the service which you have given to us. only on one ocassion your employee turned up but doing no good to us. from thereon we have been suffering with the water purifier which you have sold it to us. water stinks which makes it undigestable and we have been spending so much on mineral water cans everyday.

On 11th march Mr.chandra mahesh k from your company had turned up around 11.30AM and promised to send some one by the same evening, but resulting in the same manner of cheating us. we have been cheated by you.
If this was the service which you had to give, then why the hell do you take annual maintenance charge. Forget AMC why on earth do you even sell your products. This is like the worst experience i have faced with any product i have purchased. I regret having purchased your product. This is like the last time i am filing a complaint to you. My next complaint will be to the consumer forum against you, if the necessary steps are not taken immediately.
I demand a new similar water purifier with free AMC's as a compensation for the service you have provided
We have Purchased the water purifier from your agent Krishan yadav ( Behror) and the service which he is providing is not good and when ever we are trying to reach your compliant cell they are redirecting to some other person. We are fedup your service. Water purifier is not working properly and the water is not sucking out properly from the machine. We spoke to Krishan and he said, you can contract to the company directly so thay will rectifi your problem . We are at home and no one was visited and the compliant was closed by themselves. We have not received the bills and guarantee card also. Krisan was told we will receive the same within 15 days. We had called him and when ever he picks the phone his way of opproach is not good. hope your possible responce as soon as .
I have Aquagaurd Nova which I bought in 2006.
In april 2009 I shifted to Delhi and called the engineer from the authorised service center, of my area (Hotline services india ) to install the aquagaurd.He recommended that I take 1 year AMC with him in which he would change the carbon once and the candle twice and attend to any fault which may require repair.
After the first service (change of candle and carbon) I realised that the buttons of the aquagaurd where not working, - the music button did not play and the water button would trip .
Dispite repeated complain in the sevice centre no one came
Then on april 23 2010 I got a call from the service centre that my service was due and would i like to renew the contract. Just to get the seviceman visit me i agreed on phone and la-behold the man was there the next day and he changed the carbon and the candle both. When i told him that i dont want AMC he gave me a huge bill for his services and said that i have to pay because my contract expired two days back . He spoke to his office on phone and he fidelled with the aquagaurd and now i get no water
The sevice centre now refuse to repair it
This is blackmail...
i reside in pune.i lodged a complaint 2days back regarding the improper functioning of my aquaguard"classic". i m highly disappointed with the service being extended by the pune branch of the eureka forbes due to the lack of response to the customer nmbr:[protected] and request number [protected].it would be better if heed is being paid to our complaint lest eureka forbes would be losing its customers one by one if it acts on the requests of its clients like the way it is doing these days(specially pune branch)

AquaGuard — failure to service

my aquaguard RO water purifier has not been working since last two months, after repeated calls to the company a service personnel, was sent to repair and since he could not get it working, he promised to come back the next day and service it.and inspite of repeated calls no has turned up .

I have an annual maintainance contract which is due to expire in next 3 months.
I HAD PURCHASED AQUA GUARD REVIVA RO SYSTEM 10 MONTHS BACK, SINCE THEN THE SYSTEM IS CAUSING SERIOUS PROBLEMS IN FUNCTIONING ITS BEEN 10 DAYS THAT I HAD COMPLAINED TO THE COMPANY REPS BUT OF NO USE, THE SERVICING OF AG IS VERY POOR, KINDLY HELP.MY DETAILS ARE AS UNDER:

It's unfortunate to see the list of complaints and they seem never ending. I too am one of those hapless customer who bought Aquaguard Classic model and keep repenting for the purchase. I had similar experiences of AMC listed above. As I've shifted my house, I am keeping fingers crossed as to when they'd attend to my needs. I've been trying for last 6-8 days to request them to re-install the machine.

yES, YOU R ABSOLUTELY RIGHT, I AM USING THE AQUAGUARD RO FROM 4YRS, BUT VERY BAD SERVICE, INSPITE OF REPEATED CALLS THEY WILL NEVER COME FOR SERVICE, MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, THEY JUST CHARGE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGE BUT NEVER THEY COME EVEN FOR A YEAR, THEY WILL RESPOND ONLY AFTER THE EXPIRY OF THE FREE SERVICE PERIOD.

I'm a resident of trikuta nagar Jammu and I have purchased an Aquaguard compact a product of Eureka forbes in Feb 1 2010 .The first free service of your product was due on 1st august 2010 but due to repeated reminders and several complaints no one from the respected service center is ready to visit our residence which is just few kms away from their service center, i have called them again and again but the concerned person there is only giving excuses, before the purchase of the said product i was assured that ever care of the service would be taken and the concerned person would himself visit the residence before due date but no such thing has happened infact they have failed to come even when reminded, now i'm forced to go to the consumer court against the company and the concerned person, i only wish to write this mail is to state the pathetic service and quality your company is providing, i'll never use any Eureka forbes product nor advise anyone, I really feel sorry for the reputation of the company which was a brand name few years ago, thanking you.

I bought an Aquaguard Nova in 2007 till date I havent seen a service person to service my filter. Several sales persons had approached to find out if we have your product and that is it.
I really feel sorry for the reputation of the company which had a brand name few years ago.
The machine is not working now. If a service person does not attend within a week I will be forced to take the filter and throw it with the rubbish.

I stay in kalyan, Thane District of Maharashtra. I made a great mistake by buying Aquaguard e-Nova in 2005. My customer ID No. [protected]. After completion of guarantee period, the company is attending me by sending their servicing people only to extract the cheque for yearly service contract. . The last two year contract was entered in 2009 September. After that till date, not a single person from the company came to service the filter of my water purifier. I really feel sorry for the reputation of the company which boasts about a brand name few years ago. I write this mail to state the pathetic service your company is providing. I will never use any more Eureka forbes product and will paste notice on local trains aginst purchasing any product of the FRAUD company.
From 9th of Septemeber, the machine gone caput. On Friday, 10th of September, I made my complaint regarding the same. I got a sudden empty assurance that service person will attend the complaint within 3 days. I KNOW THE CHOR COMPANY WILL RESPOND ONLY AFTER THE EXPIRY OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT PERIOD.
The machine is not working now. If a service person does not attend within some hours from now, I will be forced to take the complaint for its legal redressal.

I agree. I had the same experience. Exact same parts were replaced along with the filter. The water started smelling drain the next day. He had put in a bad filter. After he left, no matter how many phone calls I made to him, he wouldnt turn up. I have written to the service department of Aquaguard.. And as expected they have not responded for 2 days now. PLEASE DONT BUY AQUAGUARD PRODUCTS. THEY WILL ONLY SELL IT. AFTER A YEAR, YOU HAVE TO RUN AROUND CRYING TO SERVICE IT. AND THEY WILL CHEAT YOU DURING SERVICE AS WELL.
I am die hard fan of aqua guard and have been using your product for the past 10 years and within this span I have changed 3 model just to keep my sel[censored]pdated, but the service condition is absolutely pathetic.they take no response despite my repeated request. After much request they provided me mob. no [protected] but that fellow listening my complain switched off his mobile.Now tell me where shall I go I don't have a draught of water to drink.It is a major blot on your reputation and shame on servicing.That is why I am rueing why I did not go for other brand and that is the reason why more and more people are opting for kent water purifier.

Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard Water Purifier — Bill not received, purifier not serviced in time

I purchased a water purified of Aquaguard Company. I made partial payment by cash and the balance by Chque. The Agent told that I will get the bill only once the cheque gets cleared. After 6 months of wait when i did not get the bill and even no regular service of the equipment (which was to be provided by the company in 3 months), i visited the companys office in Paschim Vihar on 12.3.11 and met Shri Ravi Shankar who told that on Staturdays, the official works will be off but the bill will be dispatched through Courier Services at my address. Miss Shweta will be the dealing asst.. Till date, i have not received a call from the branch, whenever I have called miss shweta, she has only told me that she will call back, but no response is received thereafter.

If these kind of stupid services were to be provided by Aquarguard, why would I go for this brand ? Would any official like to respond.

Is there any acidic content being mixed with water if the circuit fails?

How purified will be the water.
