[Resolved] Aquaguard Classic Water Filter Cum Purifier — Deficiency in services | |
I I have paid Rs.1690/- for AMC of my Aquaguard Classic Water Filter cum Purifier and my Contract Receipt No is AG96B 14074854 for the period[protected] to[protected] At the time of entering in to the AMC Eureka Forbes had assured that the machine will be serviced, the filter and coal changed every 6 months. Since then they have come only twice. The first time was on the day the AMC was signed and the second time was in SEP 2007. The second time i had to call up the call centre 4 times before the machine was attended. Today it is 3rd of October and No one from your service center has come for 3rd service. Do you think that after every Six months I have to call ur service center . If it is so it very strange. You should have some mechanism so that after taking AMC we should not bother about the Six monthly service. In view of the above problem i expect necessar action from ur end. YOUR JODHPUR (RAJASTHAN) DEALER HAS GIVEN US IN WRITING FOR LIFE LONG FREE SERVICE AT OUR HOME. INSPITE OF MY REAPETED REQUEST AND REGISTERED LETTERS THEY ARE NOT GIVING SERVICES AT MY RESIDENCE. I HAVE PURCHASE THE PURIFIER ON YOUR GOOD WILL. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO RECTIFY THE MISTAKE AT MY RESIDENS AS PROMISED.
