Aquaguard Enhance — irresponsible staff attitude | |||
My name is i.sajitha and my mobile no is [protected].I have purchased an aquaguard enhance a couple of months back from tour sales person VASU.I thought eureka forbes is a renowned company,but regret to say that your services are very very poor.The machine is not working continuously for the past 4 days and i have registered a complaint with them four days back .till date nobody bothers to check on it also when i am calling they are behaving very rudely.I spoke to the manageMr.Raja,Serviceperson Karthik and even the sles person itself .But of no use.Do i need to run pillar to post for getting service from you.If you people can not do the service please let me know so that i can approach the consumercourt for the false promise given by eurekaforbes. I also have faced similar issue. They sent a marketing person to install my machine and that guy broke the brass elbow inside the wall as he didn't have experties in installing the machine. I had to break the wall, change the elbow, get the plasting and painting. Now when finally technician came to install, we found that machine is leaking, I asked them to change the machine immediately, they kept on trying fixing it instead of changing it immediately and finally rwalized that it can't be fixed. Now they say VP of the company relaeases new machines and he is out of station. This whole thing has already taken a week around and my machine is not yet installed.
