DEAR SIR, i have eurika forbes product AQUAGUARD NOVA . for last 2 months this water purifier is not working. we have been renewing our service contracts on time with the company itself but there is no responce from company end we keep on calling in customer helpline but no one comes 2 repair our product. aquaguard is not working for last 2 months and we are forced to have tap water which is making us unhealthy. it has incurred our children with stomach problem plz look into the matter OUR COMPLAIN NUMBER IS 1> 60752159 2>60632949 R S AGARWAL [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

i have paid 2775/= for three year service contract to the delhi office situated at 17a/41 wea, karol bagh new delhi on[protected] but till the date neither any body visit to my home for service nor make a call for service, Why. You are requested refund my money with interest so i can contract another person for service my mobile no is [protected]-[protected]-[protected]

I Rajesh Kumar working in DOT cell, patna. aquagaurd of this office is not in service, since many times complaints of your service centre but no body intiate the solve the problem. pl. repair the official aquagaurd urgently.

I have Annual maintenance for 2 years. I registered a complaint on 18.3.2010. My complaint number is 82638109. But no service is provided till now( 24.3.2010 )
aquaguard / I Nova — Not working from last 2 months
Respected sirs..I was purchased Aquaguard from UMANG TRADERS Near Vaijnath Mahadev Mandir,Station Road,Dahod-389151.(GUJ)being invoice no..187 dated[protected].From last 2 Months product is not working. i was complained many time and also contect to branch manager at ahmedabad Mobile No.[protected] but nothing is doing anyone.

I HAVE PURCHASED A AQUA GUARD IN THE NAME OF P .K SATAPATHY PLOT NO-461/1494 PRACHI VIHAR BBSR-751025 ON[protected] & THE MACHINE HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON THE SAME DATE. This is Saranath, I have registered a service request with Chennai Aquaguard service center on 06/06/11 reg. leakage and it is not usable [Customer No. [protected] and Req No. [protected]]. Till date nobody has turned up for service, I called the service center several time, they repeatedly tells the same says oral apology and will get back us at the earliest. Also, I am regularly extending and paying for AMC.
Couple of days before, when I called to the service center, I escalated it to the manager customer care center (Ph no.[protected], I don't remember his name). But even then it is no use, nobody has still turned up.
As per Aquaguard any customer service should be handled with in 24 hours, but it is already 10 days done, we are getting the drinking water outside. Due to change it water, we have suffered from cold, fever for couple of days and stomach disorder for my small kid. I should raise a case in consumer court for the loss, health problem and mental strain.

charging of service charges for a unit with life time free warranty
i purchased a eureka forbes water purifier with a lifetime free warranty offer, but, suddenly, one of the servicing mechanic charges me for the same. As such, i would like to proceed legally against the firmNOT GIVING SERVICE.
I HAVE PAID THE SERVICING CHARGES (4500RS) FOR MY AQUAGAURD, SINCE 17\03\2014 BUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE NOT ENTERTAINING.AND NOT CUMING FOR THE SERVICEING.I AM WATING SINCE LAST 17 DAYS .Aquasure, Service related issue
I have made the IVRS service req for my product on 16, May 2016(Req.No.(req No.[protected]), after several follows with IVRS customer care and local customer care Manager (Mr.Nagarajan- Madurai contact No. +91 [protected]), till now non of them come for the service. But, I have received the feedback for the service from Eureka forbes as SMS.61%
