Aquasure — Company not giving service to customer

Hi,

Aquasure company is not at all attending to its customers and is not giving proper service to its customers.
I have given it a request for my aquaguard not working about 5 days before but no body is responding.
I have got a ridiculous response from company s side.My request no is [protected].
I have dropped mail also at the company generic mail id.

Hi all, I have product call Aquasure Xtra i ask fro service and following it up till date for last 1 weekand every day they say they will take it up but no response from technicianso my suggestion is if you buy their product be ready to throwout the same because there will not be any service
dont waste your time and money, they will not give any service people will die calling for service again again

i purchased the aquasure ro system worth rs 9500/- last year. within 8 months it was not working. after getting it repaired again within two months
it was not warking ( last repaire date 9/11/10 ) Now third time it not warking last five days. i call every day your serviseman till not attand the compleant.First service cost Rs 2200/- second service cost Rs 650/- .

Till your water filter is not warking. your service is very pure.
