[Resolved]  Aricent — Non Delivery of Speed Post Parcel

Dear Sir,

I have posted a very valuable personal belongings by speed post from Gurgaon Head Speed Post office on the 13th of March,2010.The receipt no. is EH[protected]IN.Unfortunately the parcel has not yet reached its destination i.e Hyderabad, till today, 20th of March,2010. Person at hyderabad office was easily saying Parcel could have lost. It was very urget parcel to my sister. I am not able to understand..How this can happen? Internet tracking details are attached below..I request you to please take immediate action on it and provide the delivery of parcel to my sister.
