ariel — regarding connection

since 1 week we customer from mumbai are suffering from connection and now we customers have planned to switch over other network.
i think will hamper lot of airtel business.
and if we will switch to other service provider. it is difficult to get back.
neccessary actions steps should be taken.

i have an prepaid connection mobile no [protected]. this i borrowed on my sis name mansi rani but when i checked this from airtel this was the name of another person .i again submited the form jyoti rani.its month ago but name was not changed.i request to plz change the name so that if in future i need duplicate sim so they will not give any problem regaring this.hope so i take an gud replty from your side

Airtel — cancel subscription of Airel WAP

I have been charged Rs. 20 per every week for WAP subscription. Now I dont want that subscriptions. Therefore I kindly ask you to cancel this subscription. My Cell No is[protected].

ariel — fs-airtel music portal unsubscription

some how i got subscribe to FS-airtel music portal service. since, last five days they are deducting 5 rupees every day in the name of this service and i m not using this service. Everyday i m complaining to customer care about this and asking them to discontinue this service, but they are not resolving my problem. Please help me or i have to deny my airtel number.

I have noticed my mobile balance getting deducted without even calling any number but on receiving SMS from a particular number, something like 57****, which has not been even subscribed by me. Why the hell is Airtel making us fool? When the balance amount is more or when in a hurry we do not realize these pranks of Airtel, the advantage of which is taken by Airtel Just stop all these nonsense and refund my money immediately. ariel — Harassment

Dear Sirs,

I am really sorry if i am being difficult. But Your service is just Pathetic. You resolved my problem but a new problem has arised. The engineer ( Ashu - [protected]) who changed the set Top Box on 01/03/2011 he took Rs. 750 in cash from me and he said that he will get my account recharged with that amount. Custome service told me that you have to pay Rs. 350 but he charge me Rs. 750 which i paid But today i received that my account is in negative. And i was really surprised that despite of having my account recharged for Rs. 500 still my account is in negative in just 15 days.

So i called your customer service no and i got TINA who put me on hold and then disconnected my call. Then i called again and managed to speak to a supervisor UMA RATHORE who took the ownership and said she will look into it. She said that she will call me back and which she did but without any resolution.

Then i called the engineer Ashu and he said that he has called Pooja Madam ( Ph : [protected]) and she would call you back in next 5 minutes. Which never happened as i expected.
Then i called Pooja on [protected] but no response . Sop in short i made 10 phone calls and no one answered the phone . But every now and then their phones were busy which means they were deliberately not picking my phone .. This is nothing but HARASSMENT and i will take this matter further.

Then i Called again just half an hour ago and i spoke with Nagesh who refused to give his Surname and said that he will not give it to me because of policy and i really want to understand that policy which says that a customer service advisor cant give his sur name. And i will wait for the reply of this email. I asked Nagesh to transfer my call to his supervisor and i got to speak to Sathish Chandran who took my details and has promised a call back within half an hour.

Now, what i want to understand is that why i have to call so many times to get an issue resolved. Due to your Engineer's Incompitence i am suffering.

I paid him cash ( Rs 750) and he deposited that but my account was never recharged and today you have deducted Rs. 350 again.
I swear to God i have not seen such incompetent service in my whole life.

Pls improve your service before i decide to go to CONUMER COURT and report this Harassment that i have been receiving from you.

Dear Sirs,

I am very pleased to inform you about the Excellent service i received from one of your colleagues Sachin Patrikar. The issue was that my set top box was recently changed ( After making a Dozen phone calls though ) and the engineer who visited my place at 11:45 Am today, told us that Our Channels will start showing up after half an hour and he changed the set top box . And Subsequently he left the place.
But No channels were showing up. And when we called his number , he dint pick up the phone. So I gave a phone call to The customer service and i spoke to an advisor and explained my problem to him and he luckily transferred my call to one of the Floor supervisors ( Sachin Patrikar). And I must tell
you that i was most fortunate to get him on the phone because in previous calls made to Airtel Digital TV i got nothing but annoyance.

Sachin acknowledged my problem and went on to speak to the concerned people and resolved my problem. The thing i like about Sachin is that he showed the concern and took the ownership on the call which was missing on the earlier calls that i made to yourselves. And he used the sentences like, " I will help you, i will resolve it for you on this phone call only" were really amazing and i was astonished to talk to a guy like him in your department becuase in my previous phone calls to you i dint receive the service which i should have. But no complaints, Thanks to Sachin and his team who helped me to get the service activated.

I woulld like to take this opportunity to Thank Sachin for his excellent service. I hope other people will also learn from him and improve their customer handling skills.
