[Resolved]  Speed Post - India Post - Non Delivery Of Speed Post Article — post not delivered on time

Hello Sir/Madam,

It is in reference of the delivery of passport of my wife from Bareilly to Moradabad district. Passport office, Bareilly has confirmed that passport has been delivered on 17th Jan,2008 to Moradabad through Postal registration no.S02534, but we have not received the passport in Moradabad yet. We were also unable to track it through http://www.indiapost.gov.in.

We spoke to the authorities concerned, but they were also unable to answer it.

From Chennai by French Courier my relative sent an envelope on March 12, 2008 to salem. very clearly written postal address.
Receipt No: A 71766533. very important document from BSNL is missing till date not traceable. I wonder about this French Courier
inefficient service. There is nor satisfacroty reply from local french express office. Phone No[protected] and[protected].
They have caused me tension.

The speedpost service is worst.I sent a passport application from Business office, Kol-700056 on 4209 through passport speed post to Passport officer, Kolkata.Till date the delivery ot done.The customer care dept did not bother to reply.No trace of the article till date.The receipt no. wasEW[protected]IN.

Hi, This is regarding non receipt of my article through Speed post. (Speed Post reference no: EY[protected]IN). Speed post has neither delivered on home not even contacted to ask to collect the article however they sent that back to sender. Since I was eagrly waiting for my document I was tracking that request online every alternate day. 2 Days before there were no status I found on Speed post website however when I checked today I found that is updated from date 27th Jan'11. Even I had contacted Speed Post office twice however they said they haven't received consignment yet and suddenly they have updated status on their website with past records. - Supriya B
