[Resolved]  Arzoo.com — Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. Customer care people can’t talk in English properly and don’t know what to say. I cancelled my Kingfisher flights and they are saying it will take 45-60 for refund. At the same time, Kingfisher says they will return the money in two working weeks, and GoIbibo has already started returning funds. So I do not understand why these people will take 45-60 WORKING DAYS to return a customers money. Bunch of .

I have booked a Kerala Package for my friend for 9N/10D and ended up paying full amount, from then I had to follow up on everything. Right from getting a confirmation of the Hotel Room Bookings.Added to this, the Arzoo guys haven't made payment to the Hotel people for the room bookings, this would put you in a fix, and you might end up paying again to the Hotel or calling up the ARZOO guys to make the payment so that you can Check-In or Check-Out upon the payment being made to the Hotel.

DONT OPT FOR ANY SERVICE FROM THIS SITE, ITS FRAUD and would spoil your memorable trip into a Nightmare.They dont even have a grievances cell.
