[Resolved] ATM — non withdraw money | |
Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am having a savings bank account with Punjab National Bank, K block kidwai nagar kanpur(SB Account No.[protected]). I used my ATM card for withdrawing money of Rs.15000/- at allhabad, infront of hallet hospital, kanpur ATM on 18.11.2009 at 15.05.pm. As the transaction could not be processed, I have received a message stating that “ transaction was declined for the reason unable to process . But subsequently, when I Print mini statement, I was shocked to note that an amount of Rs.15,000/- was debited on 18.11.2009 towards my ATM card No.operation . Hence, I request you to make arrangements to take very urgent action to credit the amount which was wrongly deducted from my PNB, Savings Bank Account No. [protected]. vijayanagar Branch Indore M.P. S.B. a/c No.[protected]. Sir .I used ATM Card for withdrawing mony Rs. 2000/- From Sindicate Bank Nanadanagar Branch Indore on[protected] at a time of 8.00 pm as the transaction of could not be process. Atm machine Ill. it machine to Not Slip & Rupee. I Informed our canara bank.but not opinion & bed resposed. when I print ministatement. I was shocked to note that an amount of Rs. 2000/- was debited on[protected]. Hence I request my amount in credited in my saving bank account No.[protected] In Indore M.P. with regards.
