Is there anyone who is bothered to take action against auto rickshaw wala's?? .the rickshaw fellows are anyways not bothered if anyone is getting late to work or even if anyone is dying .if they don't want to go somewhere they just say no..the most common example is malad stn, i doubt you will get a rick to go to mind space or interface even after standing for more than a hour..they just pass by you saying no...there are so many places i can list down about that they are not ready to come but what's the use?? and i can provide those rickshaw's numbers as well..but as if there is anyone who going to take action against them..they are least bothered about people complaining against them and they are not AT ALL scared of the COPS..
Auto Rickshaw — bad activity by an auto driver
on date 24 june near about 2:00 pm i asked an auto driver to take me from my residential area to mg road.........after reaching there total fare was Rs. 63 at that time i gave Rs. 100 to auto driver and instead of returning money that autodriver ran away immideately in few sec..in front of me and i felt myself so helpless...please take a strict action about this activity.. auto rikshaw no.-ka 04 1548 this auto drivers never gonna change themself ... having an auto from malad is like finding diamond in grass ...!! i dont understand why R.T.O is not doing anything
today, 18th august 2011, evening at around 5pm i was driving from chamrajpet to vijayanagar through goripalya, it was a very slow moving traffic when an auto rammed to the back of my car and when i went to talk to him he started abusing me and left. now my car's rear bumper is broken
the registration no of auto was KA 05 C 9732, this was written in Kannada and which i understand is also an offence categorized under faulty no plates.
can u please instruct me as to what to do in such a situation and is there any way i can get back at him through the law

I hired a rickshaw from Puna hospital with my grand father who was ill, i traveled to Bibwewadi. The meter shown 7.00 reading, which was already more than i usually get for the same route and distance. Then that rickshaw driver rudely and using bad language asked me for 105rs fare which was supposed to be 68rs only. This disappointed me, I asked him to show the meter fare on his sheet, but he didn't show. He said he is needs to be payed more as he will need to get back long way on the main road. He started insisting loudly and using bad language for 100rs fare. I was not in a situation for verbal fight because my grandpa was already standing besides me (waiting for me as he is not able to walk properly because of his oldness and illness) and also my neighbours will get disturb, so I just took a snap of his vehicle number (MH 12 FA 2470) and I hope no one will get cheated like this...
I wish this and such Auto rickshaw drivers should be punished,

Auto Rickshaw — meter fault
I hired a auto from APMC bus stop to RTO danabandar , where regularly I used to give Rs 17 /- as probaly correct fare but auto rickshaw no. MH 43 AC 215 today charged me Rs 21 /- instead . I boarded this auto DL1RE4243 on 11/02/2012 evening at 7:15 pm to reach my home at pachim vihar I told him politely that his meter is running very fast. He immediately stopped his auto told me to pay and take another auto. I refused and told him to drop me till my home. On the way he was talking very rudely and shouting on the top of his voice. I request him to lower his volume and talk softly but he was very loud. When I told him that I will complaint he showed me attitude and told me that "Haan auto ka number lo, karo complaint, yelo license aur mera badge bhi lo, mera photo bhi le lo.and . drunk " His behavior was extremely rude and intolerable. Request officials to take action against him.
Auto Rickshaw — extra charge and talking bad word
13/04/12 Evening 3.55 pm I hired an Auto riksha from East of saphire tourist homed beside bijus tourist home cannonshed road Cochin.Usually no one is running their Rickshaws by meter in this area. I pay Rs.20 every time from sapphire tourist home to cochin south railway station.But Auto KL07 & Be 5178, charged extra even after i reapeatedly said that rest of the people are charging Rs.20 AUTO Ricksha driver irritating me and my wife in front of Railway stationauto wala — not taken actual amount for the ride

Hiii.. I'm a student at badruka, kacheguda. I usually take an auto from vidya nagar to kacheguda to reach my college. The meter shows 17.00 every time. Today i took an auto (AP 12 V 3943) from vidya nagar and it went up to 25.00. When i asked the same, he responded very rudely and spoke in an arrogant manner..
seems no one is actually punishing them for using tampered meters...

Open challenge by an rikshaw wala (MH04 FC1298) to RTO authority!
His meter was faulty, not operational, has no uniform, charging extra money to regular routes, and when asked him to take auto to RTO, he challenged to authority saying that I will see if you lodge complaint against me.
This was really ridiculous.
How one can be safe in such gundaraj of rikshwa wala, and due to such one fellow entire community comes under same roof of bad impression.
Hope this will be address soon to avoid the same conflict with other passanger like me, it may be anybody, may be your relative,

Auto Rickshaw — SERIOUS
This is to notify that that in the Upper Indiranagar Area in Pune, the auto rickshaw people are very abusive to students . They dont have licenses to run their auto in city and harass the foreigners and students like anything. Students keep quiet because they have come to hostel for studies. I am from mumbai Andheri MIDC, that is very true Autowala's are rude even there meter is very fast they are not ready to go were we want they show us there route from were traffic is there so they can get more money one Auto no is MH-02 Z 5396 this autowala even abuse us.

Please see below my Unpleasant experience with CertifiedCNG, You may according decide how can one trust this Brand and the products they sell
Below is only a summary of my horrifying experience
On 13 June 2013 - They had initially installed the advance loop kit to my Fiat Punto (Rs. 31, 000/-)and I had the following trouble – a) the Breaks were not working in traffic b) the car was just not picking up on the 1st gear.
After a couple of days I was then told by their technician that the Advance Loop kit was not compatible with the Punto engine hence i should upgrade to the Sequential kit for better performance which would cost an additional Rs. 20, 000/-. In my opinion this should have been know to CertifiedCNG from before that The Punto is not compatible to the advance loop kit, (look how experienced their team is)
On 17 June 2013 – The Sequential kit was installed the problem of pick up was still existing, they then tell me that some spark plug needed to be changed which was effecting performance, which was then changed (now was the problem the spark plug ? or the kit i don't know). From the time they installed the Sequential kit there have been small instances of break not working in traffic, But it got worse as time passed and it got really dangerous.
They have taken the car several times over the last months to rectify the problem but the same problem would keep arising, after all this while they come back with a confirmation that the kit needs to be taken off as its not performing on the car.
I hence asked them for a Refund or a replacement of the kit since the one installed is not compatible (please note the Kit has a 2 years replacement warranty)
They come back concluding that any kind of refund or kit replacement is not possible (despite of having a 2 years warranty mentioned on paper) and now get to know that the company has stopped dealing with Sequential kit (no idea what the reason is)
One cannot even go to any other engineer to check the problem as CertifiedCNG only has the necessary software
So I feel the company has cheated me, deflated on its 2 years replacement warranty terms and it was a super bad choice to go with CertifiedCNG

i am student of college .and know a charges of auto rikshaw . which is Rs 8 . and becouse of i give Rs 50. he take from me Rs 30 . when i ask he dont stop a rikshaw and go fast .
but i note a number of rikshaw mh05 * 7874 kalyan to ulhasnagar
