[Resolved]  Auto Rickshaw — Auto rickshaw complaint

Not going according to meter reading, asking extra money.

Is any one monitroing regarding this as the fare is incearse

Exorbitant Fare demanded by Auto Rickshaw no. MH-02 5248 from Andheri east highway to Santacruz east highway. The rickshaw fare should not have been more than 60rs but he demanded 90rs since he had to wait 4 hours at the gas station. The fares have already been hiked so much on top of that they have started to charge at they please. The meter was working fine but still he demanded 90rs.

Auto Rickshaw — Rude and refuse to fly further

Auto Number MH03 R3922 driver was very rude and inspite of the fact that i wasnt well, the driver refused to take the rickshaw inside the society (though there is ample space). Strict action should be taken against such drivers who do not understand the plight of the customers

Auto No MH 02 TA 5557 RUDE BEHAVIOUR. I WAS HAVING A SPRAIN IN MY ANKLE FOR WHICH I WAS PUT PLASTER STILL WAS RUDE AND NOT READY TO TAKE ME FROM HIRANNADANI TO IIT MAIN GATE AS HE WANTED TO GO SUMWHERE ELSE IN THE EVENING 8.00PM. AND TALKING RUBBISH WHEN ASKED FOR FARE CARD

I regularly travel in auto, this pune auto driver are just unbearable they charges me Rs30 from my house krishana nagar to nigdi bus stop which by meter is not even Rs15

During night they charges literally 3 times more than actual cost

Pune RTO has to take some immediate action against the autowala’s

Auto Rickshaw — Auto Rikshawala refuse to fair at G. H. Road (Link Road) from j b nagar

This is everyday's problem in my area (J B Nagar, Andheri East), every autowala refuse for G. H. Road (Link Road). my complain is against Riksha no. MH02SA1783.

SIR, ive had the pleasure of taking 2 tampered meters with owners that have pushed me to make special notes of their demand, both who coughed up a pre-demanded price of 20 rupees extra on top of the metre fare .

For the first incident, the usual fare is about 47 rupees on a 7rs/km meter, that comes to about 60 rupees on the new metre with 9 rs/km(this is from JYOTHI NIVAS COLLEGE TO BELLANDUR GATE, BANGALORE), so the fare comes abt Rs 80 . I did warn him about his meter being tampered way on time with my knowledge of certain landmarks en route, but with the magician son of a 's tampered meter it came Rs 60 on the normal meter and he demanded a cocky price of Rs 100, which is certainly awe taking! ...had he shut his mouth and not pushed me i would have paid a mutual Rs 90 but then again he started calling me names not worth mentioning in a forum for even the lower class . For the second so called incident, an auto driver took me to my bus station ( AT MADIWALA FROM BELLANDUR GATE, BANGALORE) .. the fair being abt Rs 55, this being the time when the meter fare was Rs 7 a kilometre, he demanded a fair of 70 which i was ready to give, but then he started doing these sulking disgusting acts which i believe belongs to them carnivores and with his partners there in crime(other rickshaw buttheads), they made me believe that the road there was under construction and he had to take an awful round route which on metre would be another two km ...so after all the annoying and insane driving tribal acts he did with his costars and not to mention the time of mine he wasted, we set on a fare of 90 rupees. He then took me the normal route and as obvious to you there was no construction going on in the interjection he had addressed earlier ...and finally charged me the 90 rupees. I was so pissed i raised my voice to which he called my parents words again i couldnt mention and i noted his

yes its true. now a days these rickshaw drivers are very rude .its really diffcult for ladies to tackle such rude and misbehaved people.

Pune Rikshaw wale, I wanted to travel from Aditya Garden City, warje to Chandani Chowk which is hardly 2 km, they told the charges would be Rs.50 as he will not come back to this place will go home. This was at 6.00PM. i asked him to come by miter but he denied and said this is the rule for people lives in warje area.

Second incidence, I wanted to travel from Warje fly over to Karve Nagar, hardly 3 km but again he demanded Rs.60, as return change. and again the time was 11.30 AM. When we asked to come as per merer then he denied and said we need to pay police Rs 700 come to karve nagar, and also said this is the rule.
Is there anybody, any orgnisation who can stop this non sence? Is this that we can not travel by Auto? what about the old people? how they will travel? is the auto rikshaw then require in Pune city?

If this is the case then we demand that auto rikshaw should be bang !!

Auto Rickshaw — Refusal to play to nearest distance

Hi,
I stay in Anushaktinagar, Barc Colony, near chembur. The autos that ply inside the colony, are mostly unlicensed. The biggest problem is, they all stand at the auto stand, and they refuse to travel to the nearest distance like Aagarwadi, or Mankhurd Station. They refuse to go outside the colony, because they get minimum fare for a shorter distance inside. This has become a huge problem for people working outside.
I would request somebody to kindly look into the problem.

I travel daily from Kandivali-w Link road to Kandivali west railway station. A lot of empty rickshaws run on this road but they are always unwilling to ferry the passengers to station. We spend atleast 15-20 mins begging these auto fellows to take us to station. This has been happening too much off late. It's really a nuisance. i request you to please do something about this.

I Sunil and my friend Venkatesh daily travel in CNG rickshaw from Tigri to IIT Office. There is a shortage of buses so we prefer CNG. But they want too much fare if we say what abt ur meter they always says it's not working, if working it has too fast. Form Tigri to IIT office we pay on meter Rs. 43.80/- or around Rs.45/- 9.1 km. But today we hire AP28V581 CNG from Tigri to IIT office near SHANI MANDIR. We payed Rs. 47.80/-. Please tell us what we do if they will charge higher and higher. If we says yurs meter is fast they said, "Our meter is not fast if your are not satisfy please complaint us." I don't know what I says to him. They openly challenge us.

Please Sir u have to action on this CNG DLIR-4047 auto No. I[censored] will not strick on him "to phir wo apne hukum chalate rahenge." Please Sir strick on him.

Meter was very fast, the driver was very rude, and was not allowing to take the meter reading and has put a mirror in front of it so that no one can read.

Today 25 october morning at 11.30 am i was travelling from swami nagar south delhi to nehru palce autowala charged me Rs.60. his meter was very fast

I travel from Poonam nagar to Chakala the fare is about 25 to 30 rupees... but we need to wait for 20 to 30 minutes to get a auto rickshaw as most of them refuse dont know for what reason... is the fare of 25 to 30 rupees not enough for them for one round...Today i have noted down all the rickshaw numbers you denied taking passengers...

Annoy — Auto Rickshaw Misbehaving and break all rule.

I was traveling in Auto no-DLIR-L 5246 from durgapuri to Shahdara Metro Stn, Auto meter was not working, 8 passenger sitting with Heavy Noise Sounds playing, i had headache & not well So have request to Auto driver Pls low the sound as i have headache he was denying to do, i request again to low the volume he said volume kam nahi hoga, nahi to raste me utaar dunga, i replying i will do complain against you, he replying jo karna hai karlo, My name is Tarun & driving daily auto on this route, police kuch nahi kar sakti, he threaten me, i was afraid to complain with police at that time, now i am sharing my feeling that how could you feel when this type of misbehaving happen with you, someone in auto and says leave it kaha inke muh lag rahe ho kya aap court ke chakkar katoge ulta aap hi pareshan hoge & inka kuch nahi hoga or agar apko ye maarega to aap kya karoge. i was surprised everything is going on Capital of India Delhi & no one can do anything against this type of people who are not following rules & proud to do Break the rules & do anyting againt law with no fear of police. I am request pls dont share my identidy pls check & take immediate actions such as bad people who are creating bad image of Country.

I stay in Banashankari and I often use to go to Art of Living Ashram which is located on Kanakhapura Road. Due to emergency situation, I picked the Auto from the ashram towards Banashankari. The driver already said that He will take me to the destination with meter charges. I said, okay. As soon as we reached to Banashankari then he started shouting on me saying that He needs more money. The fare was come to 120Rs. but he was demanding 300Rs which was very surprising. He then called his few friends who are also drivers and tried to convence me. When he called his friends, then he rounded his meter to null where he was telling to other people that i have fixed the auto for 300Rs and I am not paying him. That was disgusting, and I dont know Kannada also. It was flustrating, and then one guy came and he told so many things in Kannada to the driver and then driver left me.

The driver was not having any license plate in the auto with very old meter, the auto number is KA 05 - 0685.

I don't think that this kind of guys will stop these behaviour, and most of the people doesnt bother about it.

God help us !

CNG Auto — Fast Meter & Rude Behaviour

DEa Sir/ Madam,

I am regular auto traveler. I daily take auto to & fro from Hauz Khas to Nehru Place. Most of the times autos go without the meter and ask straight Rs.50 when as per the meter it never comes more than Rs. 42. Today In Morning I took an auto from Hauz KHas Metro Station to Nehru place as usual and this auto guy said that he will go by meter I sat and suddenly I noticed that his meter is running very fast and when i told him he started talking to me very rudely and when I told him that I will take you to Police station he said chal chal le chal....he was very rude to and as I was getting late to office I gave him 100 Rs and he didnt even returned my money. HIs auto no. is DL 1R 6387. KIndly take some action against such auto guys who are harassing the public a lot.
