[Resolved]  Ava Merchandising — Product Replacement

I had placed an order on 6/5/08 and Order Number is:[protected], the product is delivered on 6/17/08 and when opend the box, I found the product is damaged and mailed the same to AVAMerchandise, and I have sent the damaged prouct through "ARAMEX Couriers on 07/15/2008 as requested by them". Now when I ask for the status on this issue, there is no reply till date. I could get a contact number of AVA : [protected] (which I got from HDFC) to which I couldn't get connected anytime.

I have all the mail proof for the same. I'm fedup with their service. Kindly let me know what to do.

I had placed an order on 17/7/08 and Order Number is:[protected], the product is delivered on 25/7/08 and when opend the box, I found the product is damaged and mailed the same to AVAMerchandise, and when I ask for the status on this issue, there is no reply till date. I could get a contact number of AVA : [protected] (which I got from HDFC) to which I couldn't get connected anytime.sometime i also called at their cust. care no.
but no response is given to me.
I had placed an order some where in the month of June 08 and the Order Number is:[protected] &[protected], the product is delivered and found that on of the the products i.e Pearl Watch is damaged and the other product is wrongly sent instead Code No:906 (louis Quartz Watch). I have sent the damaged prouct and the product which was sent wrongly through "ARAMEX Courier vide Way Bill No:[protected] &[protected] on 18-07-08 as requested by them". Now when I ask for the status on this issue, there is no reply till date.

I have all the mail proof for the same for your reference. I'm fedup with their service. Kindly let me know what to do.

This a reminder. I spoke to your Customer Service about 10 days back and I have been told that it will be despatched as on 8th. But again, I haven't received the same. Even I spoke to your Customer Service today twice.

Pls show some seriousness on this.

Don't U think its ridiculous. Neither I have received the product till date or response from your end. . Every time I call up Customer service, I get the automated feed back saying that " sir, U will get the product with in a week". I am being dragged for more than 4 months. I am really ashmed to communicate through mail as well as over the phone. There is a limit. Is this the way AVA extend services to their Customers.

If I don't get the feed back, I am going to take up this issue seriously with your higher ups and ABN.

Last month, i have place an order of Olympus Digital Camera and your sales representative were saying that sir we will deliver an order within 21 days and you are staying in south delhi so it hardly takes 12 to 13 days, but till now i haven't recieved any product or a word from your side and when i am trying to call you, your salesman said sir your product will be deliver in next week.

If the product has not come in next 3 or 4 days then i will take a strict action on this.
