[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance Company — Axis Debit Axis Debit Card pulled in by Kotak ATM Machine

I withdrawn Rs.10000 from Kotak Mahindra ATM, Exhibition Road,Gandhi Maidan on 27thFeb'2010 at 7.39 Pm. By the time I collected my cash and receipt, machine kept my Axis debit card (549751******0742) in and I could not collect my card.
