Awesome Holidays — Not returning my money

I got a call from Awesome Holidays saying that my name got selected for a lucky draw and I won a 3 nights / 4 days package including travelling absolutely free. I went there to collect my coupon and I went through the presentation from one of the consultants. Her Name was Monica. She told me about so many facilities and also told me that their company is so big that the name of their company shows when there is a replay in IPL. She told me that I can plan my holidays anytime throughout the year.

She also told me that I will get free pick up and drop from the nearest Air Port or Railway Station and so many other facilities. They were so eager to swap my card that they almost scratch the card from my hand. Now as I took the membership, I got to know about their false commitments. I sent them mail twice and I did not get any reply about the false commitments they made. After that I planned my holidays to Gangtok and sent them an email. I got the reply that I have opt for white season which means I cannot go anytime when I want but just in the moderate season. Consultant never told me about these types of seasons. She simply told me that I can plan and go on holidays anytime. Also I never saw their advertisment in IPL match. Now when I called Customer Care, I also got to know one new thing that is there is no free pick and drop from the nearest Airport or Railway station. It will be chargeable. I do not know going forward what all more false commitments I will get to know. There are other commitments which were made but I am sure they will not fulfill those as well. They are big time lier. I just want my money back for which I already sent an email but no reply. Please please help me to get my money back from this fraud company. I have not taken any services from the company even that free coupon which I won.
