i have not yet received my credit card statments despite of giving my address twice in your credit card office at Ashoka Estate, Barakhamba Road, Delhi, India. Nobody picks up any call in your customer care centre. ( credit card)

| Very poor services.Bank informes me while selling there card that card is free of cost...but now i m receiving statement from bank side Bal amount approx Rs 2500.Even i have not used this card..when i complained they said dont use this card we will send new card but till date i have not received new card and i they are sending statement with increased amount daily.I m very dissatisfied with this bank |

THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT THE PERSON APPLIED FOR A CREDIT CARD WITH UR BANK BY THE NAME OF ARVIND SHUKLA -A20/5 RANA PRATAP BAGH DELHI 110007 NEAR MATA SHANTI MANDIR IS A FRAUD WHO HAS TAKEN A CREDIT CARD ALREADY BY ICICI BY THE NAME OF ADITYA SHUKLA ON SAME ADDRESS HIS CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS 4477478233820004 ID IS 5815737 IF HE HAS PAN CARD BY THE NAME OF ARVIND THEN HIS PAN NO BY THE NAME OF ADITYA SHUKLA BOIPS2056B THE ANOTHER PAN CARD IS ISSUED U CAN CONFORM WITH ICICI DELHI ASAF ALI RD BRANCH OR ROSHANARA DELHI BRANCH THAT HE HAS APPLIED FOR N NUMBER OF CREDIT CARDS BY DIFFERENT NAMES HE SAYS HE IS HAVING A GODOWN OF READYMADE GARMENTS IN SHALIMAR BAGH DELHI THEN WHERE IS THE CURRENT ACCOUNT ,HE SAYS HE IS WORKING WITH TCS AS ANALYST IN NITE SHIFT CAN U CONFIRM IT BY GOING AND MEETING WITH THE HR HEAD OF TCS NOIDA THAT THIS MAN IS WORKING THERE OR NOT UR AGENTS JUST TO MAKE THEIR COMMISSION DO NOT GO TO THE DEPTH BUT AFTERWORDS THE BANK HAS TO SUFFER .

Dear Friends,
I have applied my AXIS Bank credit card on 2nd week Sep 07 but till now there is response from their end they have done the verification and they sent the Reference number also on 1 st week on Nov 07. When i called the Customer Care using this reference number they are replying that it is under Process and it will confirm only on December 07 and Card will issed with in 15 Days after Confirmation. I have not seen these kind of service in any other bank. i am really disappointed with them no other words to tell. Many people asked about the service from now onwards i am going to explain the bad service from your end. |

I HAVE APPLIED FOR CREDIT CARD IN AXIS BANK AND SUBMITTED ALL THE PAPERS THAT THEY ASKED FOR.I HAVE ALSO GOT TWO CALLS FROM AXIS BANK REGARDING VERIFICATION BUT IT HAS BEEN OVER 50 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY CARD FROM AXIS BANK.IF THIS IS THE SPEED THEN DEALING WITH PSU BANKS AND PRIVATE DOES NOT HAVE ANY DIFFERENCE..THERE RESPONSE SYSTEM IS PATHETIC.my reference no is given by u is 750078 |

| i"m really irritated from ur service i have allready mail my complaints that even i have available credit limit but whenever i swipe my card gets declined but u dnt care of those mails but use to send all bill alerts nd remainders nd dnt care of the customers satisfaction first of all value ur customers still now there is no responce so please take appropriate action on this and my name is Shantha Kumar. There are number of problems with Axis Bank Credit Card. Some of them are:
1) False commitment made at the time of selling product: I was promised free credit card but later I was asked for pay for it
2) I never received my billing statement on time
3) I have made number of requests on the phone banking no but those are not addressed yet
4) I have registered a request to cancel my card and I have multiple complaint numbers for the same. I am waiting to hear back from the bank from last couple of months |

This is not a complaint. I applied for a pan card for my son: ARAVIND . M. Application No.029945515 and Processing Fee Coupon No. 022263709. When I wanted to know the status of the pan card, I am unable to open the site of UTI and it is not appearing in Axis bank web site also. Please correct the position.

| I have applied for credit card from Axis Bank before 20 days, my verification has been done and my application nimber is 993424. I have changed my mobile phone number from 9999386212 to 9871711751 because i have lost my cell phone. I have tried customer care number more then five time but i could not talk to any agent as i spend more then 30 minuts on each and every call which i have made. Please let me know the status of the card and update my new number 9871711751 and contact me on the same number. |
