Very poor services.Bank informes me while selling there card that card is free of cost...but now i m receiving statement from bank side Bal amount approx Rs 2500.Even i have not used this card..when i complained they said dont use this card we will send new card but till date i have not received new card and i they are sending statement with increased amount daily.I m very dissatisfied with this bank

Dear Friends,

I have applied my AXIS Bank credit card on 2nd week Sep 07 but till now there is response from their end they have done the verification and they sent the Reference number also on 1 st week on Nov 07. When i called the Customer Care using this reference number they are replying that it is under Process and it will confirm only on December 07 and Card will issed with in 15 Days after Confirmation. I have not seen these kind of service in any other bank. i am really disappointed with them no other words to tell. Many people asked about the service from now onwards i am going to explain the bad service from your end.

There are number of problems with Axis Bank Credit Card. Some of them are:

1) False commitment made at the time of selling product: I was promised free credit card but later I was asked for pay for it
2) I never received my billing statement on time
3) I have made number of requests on the phone banking no but those are not addressed yet
4) I have registered a request to cancel my card and I have multiple complaint numbers for the same. I am waiting to hear back from the bank from last couple of months

I have applied for credit card from Axis Bank before 20 days, my verification has been done and my application nimber is 993424. I have changed my mobile phone number from 9999386212 to 9871711751 because i have lost my cell phone. I have tried customer care number more then five time but i could not talk to any agent as i spend more then 30 minuts on each and every call which i have made.
