I am working with M/s Sharp and Tannan Associates, 87, Nariman Bhavan, 227, Nariman Point, Mumbai. As I was on educational training for the CA course during December 2008 to February 2009, my Salary for the said period of three months was not credited to my account. After completion of the said course my salary is being duly credited since April 2009. Hence, the said condition of not crediting salary for More than 3 months is not applicable in my case as the salary is being credited from the 4th month. Please also consider the legitimate purpose of not having credited the salary on account of leave for the training purpose. Kindly consider the matter and please reverse the Minimum Balance Charges debited to my account Rs.719.17 and service tax thereon Rs.74.07 dated -30 April 2009. I have already e-mailed this request through your e-mail facility provided on the Net Banking web-site. They have in reply asked me to forward this request to you. Please consider the matter ASAP. yes this bank doing same with me also and not giving single message before cutting money from account aslo not giving information that how much ballance you have to maintain. first they hav esaid thet this zero balance account you can open your account with cancel cheque but then after they will automatically convert this acoount to normal account and take charge for not maintain account balance without giving single message from them.

I applied for a duplicate PIN for my ATM in last week of June, 2009 in Nirman Bhawan Axis Bank New Delhi. A sum of Rs. 56/- has been deducted on 14.7.2009 as PIN charges. But till date I have not received the duplicate PIN inspite of repeated visits and phone calls to the bank. I am told that Barakhamba Branch might have received from Bombay. I am suffering without PIN. Kindly do something.
