[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Telebanking

i have requested so many times about my credit card bills on my mail id but till now i did not recvied it. im very dis- satisfied with the customer care support.

I receive Axix bank crediti card in the month of January 08, till now i didn't received any statement from the bank people, after so many reminder and calls i receive an Emil statement for the month of April only in that around 1000Rs they included as a late payment charges.
Now My contenetion is that i dont want to pay the late payment charges and I informed tha same to customer care, if again they give any late payment charges I am ready to sue the bank people in the court of Law if it is small amount also I am ready to that.

i m using axis bank credit card and i bought mobile from it on 6 month emi but i don't get any right information from customer care how i get ivr pin always give all details on care than reset menu.

1.The axis bank customer care number is one of the worst which I have ever faced. It is not working for the last few days. It was same case few weeks before & now the problem has started again. Please try to do something about this.
