BagItToday, Mobile Set — Non receipt of the product | |||
Sir I have ordered for a mobile sent vide id. no[protected] dated 06.07.2012 to Bagittoday. But they are telling only when the product will be available they will furnish the same. But I could not understand why did they advertise the product which is not available and after lapse of so many days I have not received the Product. They are also not giving me any specific date when I will receive the product. I have paid Rs.1999/- through online . I had good experience with Flipkart as well as others but this is the first time on advise of some of my firend I ordered for the product to Bagittoday due to some urgency. I will be very greatful if you kindly look into the matter and give me the actual position. I ordered
"Hottest Sale of the week: Reebok Roller Coaster Shoes @ 60% off with Free gifts worth Rs 8999" on 12th May 2010. I have not received the items yet, I contacted them by email, they said my address was wrong, although my address was 100% correct, then they told me they will send it again, they have been promising in email that I will receive the items soon, but so far nothing happened.
I asked them for refund, now they don't even respond my emails.
I think this is a fake company, the guys behind this company are cheaters. This company should be closed.

BagItToday — non receipt of product ordered
I had placed order for rebok sunglasses on 17.03.2010 and made payment through internet banking. I have not received the product till date. When contacted I was told that the product was despatched through Blue dart Courier & it was returned as they could not locate my address. Incidentally I had not received any phone call asking for my address. Later after I complained over phone & mail I was twice asked to give confirm my address with landmar and I confirmed my address over phone and also sent detailed address by mail on did that also 09.04.10. After a few days when I enquired about the status of my order, they again asked me to confirm my address. I was fed up and told them to stop asking to for confirmation of address and despatch the product immediately. I also sent a mail on 24.05.10 asking them to either despatch the product immediately within a week, or refund the amount paid. I received a regret message on the same day informing me to give some more time. But after that neither have I received the product nor any communication from them on this.
